At a time when I needed to be back on the road sharpish, Aidan & Karel made every step as smooth as can be, making sure I avoided any nasty surprises during my search & ensuring nothing but peace of mind!

Absolutely outstanding service from Brocar Finance, especially Adrian and Marcus, who have been unbelievable throughout the whole process.

Today could have easily turned into a nightmare with the banking systems going down, but they couldn’t have done any more than they did to help. They went above and beyond to keep everything moving, kept me informed at every stage, and did everything possible to make sure I could collect my van without unnecessary stress.

From the very beginning, the service has been professional, friendly and genuinely customer-focused. Everything was explained clearly, there was never any pressure, and they worked hard to find the right finance package for me.

It’s rare to come across people who care this much about their customers, and Adrian and Marcus are a credit to the company. I’m absolutely over the moon with my new van and can’t thank them enough for all their help today.

This company is EPIC! If you’re in the market for car finance literally stop your search now!! I can’t recommend Brocar highly enough. From the very first interaction, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their systems are seamless – they always know who you are, and you’re never passed from pillar to post, which makes a huge difference.

What really stands out is how much they genuinely care. The team are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and reliable – they always call back when they say they will, and at no point do you feel uncertain about your decisions. They give you complete confidence throughout the process.

Getting the initial finance in place was smooth and impressively quick. Then, when it came to finding the right car, they were just as supportive – using their national network to source options and guide me through everything.

Unfortunately, the car I initially purchased had an issue (no fault of Brocar) and had to be returned. This could have been stressful, but Brocar handled the entire situation for me. It was a lengthy process, but they truly had my back the whole way – advising me on my rights, managing the return, and ultimately unwinding the agreement and securing my money back.

We then started again with another dealership, and throughout it all, their attention to detail and support never dropped. It was faultless from start to finish.
