I had a couple of missing/ broken tiles on the roof a workman /specialist called
Sean came out to fix the problem.He was very curious explained what he was going to do and carried out the repairs quickly,letting us know when he had finnished

Had a new back gate built and fitted by Lee Nightingale. Lee did an amazing job. Called before he arrived. Very polite and professional. Thank you Lee.

New bathroom fitted. Damon was professional and courteous all the way through. Very good job and in very good time. Kept us up to date with everything he needed to do.

My experience with Bromford Housing has left me seriously questioning how this housing association handles complaints, safeguarding concerns and the responsibilities it owes to its tenants.

Over an extended period, I have reported antisocial behaviour, raised concerns about my family’s safety and provided evidence that I believe should have been properly investigated. Instead of feeling that my concerns were being resolved, I have experienced prolonged disputes, repeated frustration and a significant loss of trust in the organisation.

What makes this particularly concerning is the information contained in my Subject Access Request. Bromford’s own records document my vulnerabilities, concerns about feeling unsafe in my home and a risk assessment recorded as severe. Yet I remain concerned about whether the response was proportionate to the risks identified.

I have also experienced ongoing problems with communication and property repairs, adding to the stress of an already difficult situation.

This is not about expecting special treatment. It is about expecting a landlord to listen, investigate concerns fairly, communicate properly and take appropriate action when serious issues are raised.

I want accountability, meaningful answers and evidence that lessons have been learned. Tenants should not have to spend years fighting to feel heard in their own homes.

Based on my personal experience, I would urge anyone considering Bromford to look carefully at how complaints are handled and how concerns are resolved before making their decision.

Aaron who fitted a new kitchen was fantastic from start to finish,very professional, friendly and a great workman,I couldnt fault him or the work he carried out,the work he did is incredible with great attention to detail,so a big thank you again

Very professional and friendly went above and beyond

Phil, Darren and Cameron have fitted our new windows over the last 2 days. They have all been polite, sociable and efficient workers who were also tidy and informative.

Lee was absolutely professional and very friendly explaining every step of the gutter repair. Hes a star!!!

Excellent service I received today from the 2 lads who came to fit my kitchen worktops and new sink. Very polite and professional.

Just had a new kitchen fitted. The two engineers Wayne and Steve were fantastic. I felt they went beyond their remit when I asked them for help or advice. Very very pleased with everything from start to finish

Sean visited today to do some repointing, at the front and rear of the house he was polite friendly and professional he cleaned up any mess always a pleasure to see Sean and can highly recommend him

The workman where very good at their job. They sorted my drainage problem, which we had for many years. Which we were very grateful for, when on completion of the job.
