Ordered next day on a Thursday albeit after cut off for Friday, but didn’t receive until Monday although website said they operate on Saturdays. Spoke to CS for refund of delivery costs and they... Toon meer

Spoke to CS for refund of delivery costs and they wasn’t interested. Won’t be ordering from there again.
Ended up returning the item as the quality wasn’t great anyway.

I returned all the clothes from my order and they told me I hadn't returned one of the items and they weren't going to give me the money back. I know for sure I included it, and the company never provided any proof that the item wasn't in the parcel. They couldn't provide the weight of the parcel to me, or any video of opening the parcel, or any other conclusive proof that I hadn't included it. Customer service also ignored me for 2 weeks and I had to remember and send a follow up email. I assume this is part of their tactic to simply make people forget these issues. I had to chase them back and forth for ages and threaten to issue a chargeback with my credit card provider before they finally gave me the refund, which they described as a "goodwill gesture" and acted like they were doing me a massive favour 🤦

Beware! This company does not have a 30 day return period as standard, like most other decent companies.
Was not able to return my items even though I was only 3 days outside of the return period. A ‘computer says no’ response was given. I’d rather shop from companies with more of a human goodwill attitude to customer service. Won’t be buying from them again.

I contacted Brother and Kin with a small issue regarding my hoodie I purchased. The issue was resolved so easily and quickly due to Millie’s help in the situation. I will definitely be purchasing again from this website as the quality of clothes is very very good.

Good quality clothing, but I had to size up two sizes because of item length. The hoodie I ordered also seems to be covered in small balls of its own material after two wears. Nothing that can’t be easily fixed

I ordered a jumper at Christmas, came within the delivery time but the wrong size was delivered. Sent it back. Was sent a gift voucher to order again. Ordered new jumper and had to pay for delivery a second time. Received the wrong jumper (Was a girls jumper from sisters and seekers). Returned again. Ordered another jumper after receiving gift voucher again… and had to pay for delivery again… jumper was delivered, the right colour but the wrong size. Like come on, how bad can you be.
