Ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend for Christmas but didn’t fit him, returned the order over 2 weeks ago now. No update on my return let alone a refund. Very disappointed.

I ordered on January 18th with express delivery (1–3 days), but as of January 21st I still haven’t received any shipping update.
Customer service is also very poor, as I haven’t received any response to my inquiries.

I placed my order at the start of the month. Still have not received 17 days later. I had to send multiple emails. No replies. I then messaged them on instagram no reply. Only got a response when it was bad publicity for them as I commented publicly on a post. The customer service is terrible. Only now is it being re-sent. I understand things happen and go wrong but to have no communication and have to miether for an update. Customer serivice is a nightmare. Can’t even get a refund for shipping that should have been 3-5 days, now nearly on day 18.

My parcel went missing they didn’t do anything to help. I contacted Royal Mail and they admitted liability for loosing it and told me that the sender should have just contacted them to raise a dispute in the first place. I’m still waiting on a response to see when I’ll get my refund

Really disappointing experience.
I ordered joggers that ended up being out of stock due to an error, and I agreed to a replacement only because I was told it would be the same style as a previous order. It wasn’t. The joggers that were sent were a completely different (cuffed) style, which I flagged straight away.
What followed was a lot of back and forth where I had to keep explaining that this wasn’t what I had agreed to. At first, the only thing they offered was a refund of my £3.99 delivery, which felt pretty insulting considering the mistake wasn’t mine. I had to be the one to push for a proper solution, which really shouldn’t be the case.
On top of that, the joggers have already started bobbling after very little wear, which is disappointing. I’m a regular customer of Sisters & Seekers and have never had any issues with quality there, so I’m not sure where Brother & Kin are falling short.
