do not shop here, scam
Items came and fit horribly. the shorts and vests seams also came frayed. tried returning but the returns portal doesnt load correctly and is convoluted almost as if trying to stop people from returning items by making it so infuriatingly difficult. Not only this but the returns website simply didn't load. tried on multiple devices and different wifi's and would not load on any. seems like a scam to refuse refunds. terrible service overall and imorral company do not shop here.

Quality is great
Quality is great, delivery was great. Only slight negatives with the joggers I bought that the threading around the pockets is already coming off and in general the pockets could be slightly bigger, they just fit my phone. Everything else top tier!

Bought a black zip up cardigan
Bought a black zip up cardigan, wore it for the first time and as soon as i put it on i realise theres loose threads everywhere including the inner sleeves and pockets. For something at this price point this shouldn’t be happening especially as these are extremely long threads and could easily be avoided.

Poor communication and the item was out…
Paid for fast delivery (2 day) and a week later it was still showing as 'processing'. Very difficult to contact and poor communication. Email received saying item was now out of stock. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering from them again.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service.
Bought a jumper before Christmas but it’s too small.
Contact them via email twice and by Instagram once and still no one has replied.
Will not be recommending this company and obviously won’t be using them again.
