My Door looks lovely, the young lads who did the work were very friendly but professional, however, the door had a faulty locking mechanism, the day it was fitted I couldn’t open the door, i was locked in my house, I rang the office, Ruth, was very rude, told me to unlock the door, she was suggesting it was my fault. Someone eventually came out, and agreed there was a fault, I had problems for a year, it took me many phone calls, emails, and contacting Citizens Advice, before they eventually came out and replaced the locking mechanism! After sales is appalling.

Have just had new door and windows
repaired by BS15 and super happy with service and work carried out by the team. John came to carry assessment and was very helpful with suggestions of repairs to windows etc. I feel that the quote was in line with product quality and work carried out. I would definitely recommend this company as they are small business communication was easy.

This is a small family run local business and I couldn’t fault them. From first contact to my door being fitted was seamless. Communication with Ruth was easy and efficient. They provided the best quote for a good quality door and it was fitted in record time. The installation was quick and the area was left clean and tidy. I also liked the fact that they are a recognised fitter for the door manufacturer, Endurance Doors, so if I should have any issues with the door in the future then I’m covered both by the fitter and manufacturer. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is planning on new doors or windows.

BS15 Doors and Windows installed two new composite doors for me. They were excellent to deal with. The quotes were sent over quickly (3 out of 5 companies didn’t bother), they measured up and confirmed installation date the moment they had the doors in the workshop. All with minimum fuss. Would happily recommend them!

I shopped around before deciding to go with BS15 doors. There are so many makes of composite doors on the market with varying reviews. Endurance seen to be one of the better ones on the market. No nonsense quote was a breath of fresh air. Didn't have to sit through sales talk. I was just given a recommendation by Ruth which was supported by the online reviews.
Would definitely recommend this company.
