I had a good experience working with Vishal and BTR International for my move from the UK to the USA. Vishal was always accessible and patient with answering any questions that I had. He kept me updated throughout the transport process so I never had to worry about where my shipment was.

I have recently relocated to Hong Kong and was supported by the BTR team. The service end to end was professional and well planned. I had a great experience from the point of packing to delivery including timely and responsive communication by Vishal and team.

I will thus company a 0 star if possible. At the time of signing the contract I was told I will get my shipment as early as possible.

My items were collected around 12th of August, they weren't shipped until 3rd of October.

Ship was due to arrive to UAE in November (19th) on the day of arrival email came saying the ship didn't stop at the dubai port, then vessel was due to arrive on 19th dec, it didnt arrive, then we were told vessel would leave indian port on 16, it didn't and now it will arrive end of December.

We were relocating to Dubai from UK and heard alot of horrific stories. Spoke to a lot of shipping companies to ship our belongings to Dubai. Found BTR online, company review was good, had the pleasure of dealing with Faizan Ahmad. Have to say his professionalism and attention to detail was exquisite. He told us the whole process from start to end. The guys came on the day to pack, went smoothly. Stored our belongings in the BTR warehouse for a month as we had to wait for our visa to be in place. Once we gave the word the shipment was sent. Delivered exactly when instructed, nothing damaged. On both sides I had contacts. Have to say I will definitely be using BTR and Faizan Ahmad again. Pleasure dealing with them.

Faizan is very helpful and super responsive.
Before booking, I wasn't sure whether to go for BTR or not, but Faizan kept us informed at every step and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth relocation.
There were some issues and hiccups along the way, but they were resolved and all our belongings were delivered with much satisfaction.

I chose BTR for our relocation from the UK to Dubai. They were the most reasonably priced and the salesman Faizan was very good at keeping me up to date with any issues that arose - but also one of the main reasons I chose BTR. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, so a big hats off to Faizan and the BTR team for that.

After having read multiple reviews on relocation firms, we knew we had to expect potential damages to goods and/or delays. True to form we had a delay of 2 weeks for the shipment leaving the UK, which cost me 10 days in storage costs - not sure I can attribute that to BTR alone and as mentioned above I was expecting a delay, so 2 weeks was not too much of an issue. Next I expected goods to arrive damaged, and given we were shipping the entire contents of a 3 bedroom house to Dubai, I actually only had 1 computer monitor arrive damaged! So a good result I'd say. Obviously I had taken out insurance and have claimed that back.

All in all I think all the staff that came to pack and unpack were very professional and efficient is packing and unpacking boxes. A special mention to Faizan, without whom I probably wouldn't have chosen BTR. He gave me all the information I needed in a very precise manner without leaving out any details. He was on hand all the time for any questions over email / WhatsApp/ phone etc, and id say he's a credit to BTR.

So in conclusion they shipped over the contents of a 3 bedroom house with 1 monitor damaged in the process and did it at a cheaper cost then any other company- can't ask for much more than that!

I can't recommend this organisation enough. Faizan was absolutely brilliant, guiding us transparently through each step of the process. Professional and in the end our furniture arrived within the agreed time frame and exactly how it left the UK. Seamless experience.
