Such a professional company kept to dates times and prices throughout the work being carried out . They were so clean and tidy and working nights I even managed to sleep through one visit as they were as quiet as a church mouse. Cannot recommend them enough ❤️

As usual, Bucks Boilers have serviced the boiler and central heating for us. Mike attended to the work. He's professional and methodical, ensuring all jobs are done to a high standard and even leaving seals and joints lubricated where needed, to ensure all parts can be disassembled easily in the next service.
The proof of our recommendation is that we've now moved on to their yearly service plan.

Contact made by email, very quick response and great communication throughout. Adaptable to my needs and on the day of the service, on time and very helpful and happy. I was nervous and asked lots of questions but Mike put my mind at rest and answered everything I asked. Very happy, defiantly using them again and would highly recommend.

I contacted Bucks Boilers for a work matter, our water heater had failed and needed it replaced asap, Ollie was able to attend within 48 hours and fit the new heater promptly. Very impressed and will recommend.

We had a problem with several radiators not heating properly, cold at the bottom, reduced heat on top.
We had an initial visit from Bucks Boilers, certain radiators were improved by balancing the system, but we were advised that our system required a full power flush
The engineers arrived on time on the designated day. They worked on the system and were soon able to show evidence of sludge and metal which was caught on the magnets in the power flush tool. The engineers managed to clear the system and restart the heating system that evening.
Following day the engineers returned and continued power flushing the system, concentrating on radiators that had been a problem. Mid afternoon on the second day my 19 radiators had all been balanced and the job was finished, all done in a clean efficient way which caused us zero inconvenience. Our heating has improved a lot, a huge improvement.
