Easy to speak to, taking time to answer all my many questions and going above and beyond to help. The job itself took 2 days and was seamless. Looks really neat and working well. Highly recommend.

Especially oliee explained really well. They design the system perfectly which is the game changer for heat pumps. Team was on time within 2.5 days they fit 11 radiators heat pump and new 250 ltr tank complete and neat job. Only downside was the team didn't explain the system to us really at the end of job but with facebook and few other heatpump specific groups we managed to learn the system. Apart from that the quotes & quality both were extremely competitive compared to big market. I would definitely recommend them to someone again

110% recommend infinity heat pumps to anybody and ill continue to spread the word to everyone, From meeting Oliver at first to run through everything he gives full reasurance and he was very knowledgeable, the exact same with Scott, Their Team did a fantastic tidy job and worked a full day from 8:30am till gone 9pm at night to have it finished in one day and would not leave untill it was up and running as it should even with a little teething issue Scott was straight out the next morning to get it sorted and it was dealt with. Ollie and Scott arranged everything from Start to finish, including sorting out the grant and also telling me I could get cash back from my bank. So the price was very reasonable in the end fir what I got! A warm house for a kick off and my water pressure that had aways been a dribble is enough fir a shower now! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. The installation team worked non stop and had my system including 7 new radiators going in just the one day! They worked non stop and did not leave a mess for me to clean up afterwards. Brilliant. Thank you infinity and I recommend 1000% !

I recently had an Air Source Heat Pump installed through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, and my experience with Infinity Heat Pumps Ltd has been excellent overall.

From the first consultation, the team were knowledgeable, transparent, and clearly committed to delivering a high‑quality installation. I must have called Oliver ten times with questions before committing to the install.

The installation itself was carried out professionally and efficiently. The engineers were punctual, respectful of the property, and clearly took pride in their work—every part of the system has been fitted neatly and to a very high standard.

The original unit specified was at the upper end of what my property required, but in practice it didn’t quite provide the heat output we were looking for. Scott and Phil were brilliant — they visited several times to try different settings and ensure the system was performing as well as possible. When it became clear that an upgrade was the right solution, they handled it quickly, efficiently, and with absolutely no fuss. Since the upgrade, the house has been consistently warm — if anything, too warm at times — and the system now works perfectly.

My only small gripe (and it is a small one) is that I would have appreciated a clearer, more detailed explanation of the controls and the various settings to help us optimise efficiency. However, this does not detract from my overall satisfaction with the installation and the service provided.

Infinity handled all the Boiler Upgrade Scheme paperwork smoothly, and their communication throughout has been excellent. I’m extremely pleased with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Infinity Heat Pumps Ltd to anyone considering an ASHP

I was without a boiler all winter and struggling to afford a replacement. When I first heard about the government grant I’ll admit I was skeptical. It sounded almost too good to be true.
Scott and his team completely put my mind at ease. They handled the application for the government grant on my behalf, kept me informed throughout the process, they saw that I was without heating and made sure everything moved incredibly fast. Within just a week, the new heat pump system was fully fitted and up and running.
The team were professional, friendly, and respectful of my home, and the installation was smooth from start to finish. I’m genuinely very impressed with both the service and the system itself. I finally have reliable heating again and couldn’t be more grateful. I would highly recommend Scott and everyone at Infinity Heat Pumps!

Scott and Ollie are great we had moved into a house with no heating at all, that in January was no joke, we liked the way they explained how things worked and what we wanted/ needed e.g. full pipe with and radiators .
We soon decided Enfinity was for us, No hard sell!!
Scott gave us a date for later that week, they have a good bunch of lads and worked hard all day and we had heating the same evening .
They did have a bit of a problem with the electrics, but bless the electrician turned up at 7pm and sorted it out that to us was worth 5 star service !

I had a good experience dealing with this organisation, so I will be providing a full evaluation to assist others in their selection, which will be divided into three sections.

1. My experience with the company: The installation was wonderful, and I'd want to thank the entire staff, including Jock, Darren, Jake, and Phill. Their workmanship was fantastic, and they asked for permission and told you of what they were doing ahead of time to keep you involved. I'd also like to thank Scott for designing the system and addressing my queries, which helped me make the proper decision. I'd also like to extend a special thank you to Oliver. He came out for the initial home visit, and he played a crucial role in calming my nerves and fear of the heat pump by being honest, being very knowledgeable about the system, and eager to ensure that I had the right Information. The after-installation support has been rock solid, and this company clearly stands behind their work. They had the best price for the exact same product from day one.

2. The system: I chose the Mitsubishi Ecodan R290, and I've been extremely happy with its performance. I set mine to work on the weather compensation curve, as I think it is more efficient, and it keeps my house at 21-22 degrees Celsius for the past 3 months, which is a bit too warm for a lot of people.

3. The running cost: My electrical consumption has increased by an average of 150 Kw per month after installation, but I'm not sure how much of that is from the heat pump because I also removed the gas cooker and replaced it with an induction hub. My household comprises five adults, and we cook frequently. I’ve seen an overall significant drop in my utility bills, because I no longer use gas, and the increase in electrical bill is still less than the approximate £100+ that I would have paid in gas bills. I've provided images of these and the installation finish in my Google/Maps review, which breaks down the running costs in greater detail and includes photos.

From the initial enquiry to the survey and the quote through to the actual installation the whole team conducted themselves in a most professional manner and I will have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Heat Pumps.

Oliver came to see us and was very knowledgeable about heat pumps - and importantly which ones to avoid! He conducted a quick survey and recommended that the EBAC heat pump would be a good option for us. What impressed me was that they did not require a deposit up front. A detailed calculation was performed to work out the heat losses and to make sure if any radiators needed to be changed. All very thorough. We agreed the price and submitted our application for the Government Grant which was approved in a few days. The installation team turned up on the prescribed date and completed the installation in a couple of days, They took the old boiler and hot water tank way for disposal and cleared up any mess before leaving, The electrician installed the homely smart thermostat which is incredibly easy to use. Despite a small issue with electrics which was quickly resolved the pump has now been running un attended for about 6 weeks - maintaining an even temperature throughout the house. Very satisfied with the installtion

Thorough analysis of our requirements by Scott before the installation meant that the team (James, Darren and Jake and Phil) knew exactly what they were doing and grafted hard over 2 days to install the heat pump and replace our radiators. They were all very friendly and tidied up well at the end of each day.

Everything about this installation was fantastic. 3 pre installation surveys and when the team arrived, they worked tirelessly to complete the job in 2 days without a problem. I am very impressed with Scott and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them.

From the initial contact to the installation the approach has been professional but relaxed.
Installation in a day with electrics on day 2 was remarkable for a 190m2 house.
The home was left in a tidy state but understandably some cleaning up to do.
