Had a survey carried out today by Maldwyn Scanlon @Greenlands Energy via Heat Geek..for a proposal for an ASHP..we had lots to go through, and I'm sure I asked plenty of questions, nothing was too much trouble, and Maldwyn was very clear and professional.We have gone for as little disruption as possible, so the price worked out surprisingly not too expensive at all...we will probably view a site already done to see the set up and standard etc ..but so far ,very impressed 👍

Was having problems with pressure dropping so called greenlands as they do my service
Sam was brilliant telling me what to look for before they could get to me. Gentleman called and diagnosed part required then Simon called today very swiftly and professionally sorted the problem for us

Having recently had a new heat pump/heating system installed, I cannot speak highly enough of the Greenlands heating Team. I would have no reservations in recommending them.

The care and attention everyone gave was amazing, from booking to installing and aftercare.

Just had a survey done for a possible heatpump installation. Very attentive to detail, very informative, and was kind to the cat.

Greenlands Energy was the contractor appointed by Heat Geek to install an air source heat pump in our 1984 built house,
After careful and fully explained survey, the install started some 10 weeks later with Christmas / new year in-between.
The agreed parameters for the install were religiously followed and all the installer staff were polite, caring and very professional. Having opted for the use of existing water tank there were a few issues before the system was ready for commissioning but all were solved in a professional manner.
All the work was carried out to a high standard, including the BUS grant application and approval.
The whole system has been running successfully at the predicted house temperature and we are very impressed by the planned targets being achieved so comprehensively.
The whole experience from start to finish has been enjoyable and we cannot recommend highly enough this professional and skilled team of installers,

I had a heatpump installed by Greenlands back in May which was fantastic, during the process I was told a health check on the system would be conducted after a few months to make sure all was in order and working as it should be. And had a call from Sam in the office to book in a date and time suitable for me. Once again the team was efficient and tidy and answered any questions I had regarding the system.

Recently had solar panels fitted to my home by Greenland's and they provided an absolutely superb service.
Communication from start to finish was excellent, installation was hassle free, Philip Parsons was incredibly conscientious when doing the battery and PV install.

The company just finished a health check on my new airsource heat pump system. They made some adjustments on the system and checked off some routine cleaning jobs.

They contacted us for a suitable day and time for the "health check". They didn't disappoint. They were spot on time and were very thorough.

I just simply can't fault the companies care for us, as their customers. Nothing is too much trouble.

Used Greenlands for a solar installation on my new roof back in 2023. They'd managed to rip all the roof felt, so I had to call them back to remove everything and replace the felt they had damaged then put it all back again. I also noticed I wasn't getting much power from the panels, so had them back again after a while to check. They said it was all fine. I left it for another while, but still not much from the panels. So, I recently paid for an independent company to come and check, they found only one string (5 panels) was actually connected to the inverter. But worse than that, they had left the other live string cable just coiled in the loft resting on the insulation! This was really dangerous and could of caused a fire!
I had to pay for it all to be put right and made safe with a professional company and am now enjoying the benefit from the 10 panels but have missed out on the months of generated energy from the panels that were not going to the inverter!!

They were polite, cheerful, careful, considerate, they were here 4 days and cleaned up every night before they left.

As most of my furniture's old and very heavy [ which they moved when necessary ] I feel that they did an outstanding job. When finishing a stage of work, they showed me what they had done and answered my questions about the working.

Because of the high standard of communication from Lucy at base, right through to Kiren, big Josh, ,little Josh, and Patrick, if my home needed more work ,I would be more than happy to use this firm. Outstanding work ,keep up the Good work.

I had a major flood in my home and I needed to immediately replace the gas central heating system. This company understood my predicament and were able to move quickly in order to install the new air source heat pump and new radiators. Their workers were respectful and efficient. They did a temporary fix for my burst shower pipe, so that I could have a hot shower, and also fixed the pipework which was damaged by the insurance company's dehumidifier supplier.
The engineers were really polite and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that I could have a warm home as quickly as possible.
Given the circumstances, I would highly recommend this company, as they recognised the urgency and responded accordingly.

This company is really good for services the services they do a really good job explaining everything if any one needs a service or new insulation good them a try you will not be disappointed I am putting my name down so you now this is a genuine review EDWIN PRICE

The timescales from start to finish were very good, on the day the electricians were professional and polite, great customer care and put Health and safety first for the customer and themselves.

I searched for some quotes for a 2nd solar battery, and this company came out with best price and installation to suite me. The electricians were polite, very efficient and carried our a first class job of installing an additional solar battery. Access to the attic with a 40kg battery is not easy, but they made it look relatively easy. Mounted the battery and connected it to the 1st battery and unpated Duracell with the information required. Made sure I was happy with the installation and left the area clean and tidy.

Would highly recommend this company, I will certainly be using them again if I need any more additional batteries.

Simon from Greenlands recently replaced our radiators and did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was very respectful of our home throughout.Floors and carpets were fully protective before any work started and kept everything clean and tidy.
He took time to talk us through the process, check we were happy at each stage, made sure everything was done to a high standard. The new radiators look great and are working perfectly.
Really impressed with care and professionalism of all the team at Greenlands.Would definitely recommend this company

What an amazing company. I honestly can’t thank them enough. Nothing was too much for them. They talked me through the whole process & took time to answer all my questions. When they came to install solar panels they noticed that my gas boiler needed servicing & they phoned a nice lady Natalie at their office & she arranged for a heating engineer to came the same day. All of the staff were wonderful & left my home clean & tidy. Thank you Greenlands 😊👏👏
