Top Glass fitted door to garden and window for me yesterday . Work was of excellent quality. Workmen arrived on timeand were courteous and helpful, very careful to screen furniture etc to avoid dirt and mess. Quotation was very reasonable for such quality workmanship. And queries I had prior to work were dealt with immediately, I highly recommend Top Glass.

The only slight negatives were there was a fair bit of off cuts/screws and spares left on afterwards which would’ve been nice to seen tidied up.

They glass for the door and one of the windows was also the wrong type of glass, so they had to get that changed which caused a little delay. The were however very apologetic.

I would definitely use them again.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Installers were polite, efficient and tidy and made a good job of the window I had fitted. I would have given five stars if there hadn't been a mark on the inside of the glass within the double glazed unit, but I received an instant discount for this so cannot fault the response I received when I raised this issue. It's been a few days since the window was fitted and I'm very happy that it has solved the problem I had with the old window which didn't keep the traffic noise out which was a particular problem at night when trying to sleep. Obviously cannot comment on the long-term quality of the installation but can recommend the company based on my experience so far.

Found these guys on Google. Needed to replace a door glass for my tenant in Birmingham. When I contacted the company, the only requested for images and sent me a quote afterwards. Within 24 hours measurements were done and payments booked.

The job was completed within 5 working days as told. I was impressed with their ethics and they really understood the urgency of the situation.
