Highly recommended. I called and Susan was very patient with all my questions and helped me to pick the right size and service. The dumpster arrived right on time. It was placed exactly where I wanted it, and was picked up right on time. Very professional operator and very careful driver. I couldn’t ask for a better service!

They showed up when they said they would and left the right size dumpster. They picked it up a day later but that kind of benefited us because we found more stuff to toss. No changes to the billing either.
Simple straightforward and I will use them again.

I have rented a dumpster every year for five years. Last year, I used Budget Dumpster. This year, I ordered, paid, and then got a call from Ohio (first mistake: do not use a firm that is not local). They told me they are unable to deliver a dumpster to my home. They will refund me over a lengthy period of time. I called a local company, and they are delivering tomorrow at a much lower cost. BEWARE OF BUDGET DUMPSTER

If I had known that you outsource your service, to my trash pickup provider, I would have called them and had them dropoff a roll off.

Hi, I called to request a quote and was unexpectedly labeled as a fraud. I’m not sure why, perhaps it was due to my accent or some other assumption. For reference, the person I spoke with was Mia. :)

Everything was delivered on time, just as agreed.

I worked with Susan and she was so pleasant and efficient completing my order! She made the process simple. I'm a first time customer and will recommend the service moving forward.

They have no clue what they are doing. They are a third party that doesn't know what you need when you order the container. The container comes from waiste management and you can go directly through them, if you need an oversized trash can. Terrible service will never use nor recommend. When they delieverd the wrong container there was no one I can call. Orignally scheduled to deliver friday then the deliver was rescheduled to Saturday and couldn't even make the time window they committed to.

Amazing customer service. They have been my go to for all 3-4 roll off dumpsters. There prices have always been great for the the yardage I get and the amount I need to throw away. I usually get a dumpster for every big project I do in my home. I have never had a complaint about them. To the drivers I talk to, they have always been great people. Couldn't be happier.

I called budget dumpster and was greeted by a lady named Susan. Susan was thorough with the rules of the dumpster, made the purchase easy, and handled everything so professionally. The dumpster arrived right on time, the driver called in advance which was a plus. I love the 10 day allotted time woh the dumpster giving you plenty of time to get the job done. I was 10 minutes late getting outside for my dumpster delivery. Totally my fault. Beware there is a $195 missed delivery charge. I cancelled the dumpster. $195 seems a bit excessive. I'd have paid $50 but I'm not into a company that gouges! Good luck!
