Ordered 6 x verge trims
Arrived but I didn’t open the packaging for a few weeks, I was only given 5 trims.
Phoned and emailed them regarding the missing item but they were not interested, had to order another trim, would not give a discount and had to pay extortionate shipping costs. Feel like I was robbed.
Very very poor customer service.
Would not recommend.

Used store over the years and over tine soil pipe purchased ( along with multiple other items on large reno) literally turned grey/white. Not the easyest of installs and one you do once and don't expect to have to renew few years latter (part was original and that's fine).

I now have grey/white soil stacks and while Steve tried to help (he rembered my purchase-deliver address etc his pathetic manager gave it the old "where is your receipt", and while I could find multiple others (even going back years), not the particular one, why would i.

Simple for me, I'll never use them again (penny wise pound foolish spring's to mind Mr "Manager")!

Look else where if you want durable products (facias all warped now as well but can't be bothered with that)!

Disappointing experience

Excellent experience. Wanted Code 3 lead flashing. It was in stock at a reasonable price and in a range of lengths enabling me to minimise waste/cost. Best of all, delivery charges were very fair (lots of online companies wanted to charge stupid money). Placed my order which was processed almost immediately and delivery was ultra fast meaning no delay on site. Highly recommended.

My problem is not with the supplier but with their delivery organisation, my delivery was estimated Mon - Wed, having not heard any updates I chased up my order on Thurs, & my delivery arrived on Fri, unfortunatly at an earlier time slot than stated, to the wrong address with a different postcode 150m away, not notifing the resident of the delivery, just leaving it across her front door, I had to carry the heavy delivery 150m to my house. I complained to the supplier requesting the least they could do is refund my £18 delivery charge. My request has been ignored, not even a refusal.

The service was brilliant, my only problem was my order of cement was out of date.

5-stars to Building Plastics Direct for quick and efficient order processing and despatch. Unfortunately FedEx totally messed up the delivery - parcel was in 'no-mans-land' for 72 hours before finally re-appearing on their delivery schedule. I got a regular stream of repetitive emails telling me my parcel would be delivered "tomorrow" which, as we know, never comes. I suspect my parcel would have been delivered far more quickly by the Royal Snail.
