We used Cliff for both our Help to Buy Valuation on a home we sold and a Level 3 Survey on the new home we're buying. As well as being a lovely guy, he ensured both reports came back within 48 hours. It was quick, reasonably priced as per industry standard, communication with Cliff and Helen was brilliant. Our survey was so thoroughly detailed. Helen is quick to reply and booked us in swiftly and explained the process to us. Would definitely recommend them for surveying services!

Arranging the survey was easy. The report was provided the same day as the visit. The report was comprehensive, with multiple photos demonstrating the points raised, including close up photos of roofing. Cliff offered a telephone conversation to talk through the findings. I took him up on this offer & found this very helpful.

Within an hour of my initial enquiry, Helen had arranged the survey for a few weeks time. I also received the report within 24 hours of the survey being done so I was very impressed with how quick the process was. Thoroughly recommend!!

I feel unlucky that I did not have a very good experience with this company. The surveyor turned up quickly but the valuation figures were not very accurate considering the current market situation hence I asked if there is an error and it can be reviewed. My response was taken differently as if I am not allowed to ask for a review. I called twice and emailed a couple of times to clear the confusion but my call was never picked up and email was also ignored.I regretted my decision to go with them hence I just paid their fee and closed the topic. I never expected such a bitter experience

We used Kirk-Brown for a level 2 survey on our house on St marys island. The communication was 2nd to none. The report was extensive and issued the same day. Would 100% recommend and would use again.

We booked a level 3 survey with Cliff & Helen. They were extremely efficient & accommodating. We requested specific items that we were concerned about and Cliff produced a report that covered everything that we had asked for and more. They offered a chat after we had digested the report to go over any concerns we may have had. The report was so explanatory that this was not actually necessary. However, the offer was there.
