Terrible company to deal with...ordered November only arrived January 15th...
Although UK based

I ordered a Snorting Pig Game at the end of November as a Secret Santa present. As stated on previous reviews, this was widely advertised on FB and Instagram. I still haven't received the goods and on multiple occasions have been given a tracking number that goods nowhere and have been told to be patient. This company is robbing people of their hard earned money and I will not drop this , even though it was only approx £15

Order took 6 weeks to come. Awful quality. I do think this is a scam company. Do not order from them.

If I could put 0 stars I would terrible service terrible customer service and absolutely rubbish quality product.

Waited well over a month for a calendar, whilst receiving dozens of spurious “shipping updates”. Eventually received two copies of what turned out to be AI slop. Absolute rubbish.

Disgusting service ,4 weeks ans and still no sign of delivery,
Stay well away from this company.

Sneakily added vat to the total of goods and postage. This was not obvious until PayPal sent me the confirmation.

I ordered a pocket hug on 20/11/25 for a Christmas present. Still haven’t received it. Have emailed several times and told to be patient, it’s on its way!!

I think They’re a Scam

Ordered from a widely distributed advert on Instagram & Facebook, mid November as a gift for Xmas. Never received, despite many “transit update” emails suggesting tge item is coming from New Jersey, USA! They are trading as a UK company offering 3-4 day delivery BUT the small print in their terms states that most of their products are sourced from overseas and thus delivery delays should be expected, also that to cancel and or return an item, even if defective, I would have to pay non refundable international transport costs.

They are a scam. Should be reported to Trading Standards and the website closed down.

I just want to echo what everyone else has said.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife from them at the beginning of November. It still has not arrived.

Worthless transit updates. When I contacted them I just got automated replies.

Now, I think it is a con.

My best advice is to AVOID this company.

I ordered this on 28/11/2025 And have had multiple emails saying the item is in transit but still have not received anything, this is meant to be a Christmas present which my other half will probably not receive in time..

Absolutely terrible company!! Waited 6 weeks for order to arrive still didn’t turn up.Contacted company and received generic feedback providing no information to resolve issue. Tole please be patient. Company provides supposedly tracking information which when you click on tells you nothing. Have know requested refund as goods not recieved and have had no reply. This feels like a Scam!!

Got 2 Highland Cow pocket hugs. They look very 3D in the advert, they aren’t. Nor are they glued to the card in anyway. My wife still likes it, but the advert picture is a con. I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known.

Ordered 2 pocket hugs on 16/11, still waiting . Automated updates that tell you nothing, useless trying to contact them . Avoid !

Highland cow pocket hug - useless, no bigger than a postage stamp, flat plastic disc. They also emailed fake delivery updates from USA. Arrived by UK Royal Mail, took 3 weeks to arrive from China, funny that ASli Express can deliver within 7 days with free postage. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered two Highland Cow Pocket Hugs on the 7th November and after sending a complaint, I eventually received the items on the 1st of December, over 3 weeks to deliver two tiny item in a tiny envelope.
They are over priced for what they are. AVOID this company like the plague.

Goods ordered over a month ago, 26 Oct 2025 nothing received.
Short inconclusive email reply to my query 19 Nov 2025 but still no goods or advice of delivery 29 Nov.
Beginning to suspect this as a scam site.

Emotional Support 'Prince'

My item took almost 3 months (and lots of emails chasing and being fobbed off) to arrive. Well, it appears that Prince has morphed into Gomez from The Addams Family. It genuinely looked like a little angry Mexican. I have emailed complaining and I'm not getting anywhere really other than they are offering a £4 refund as a good will gesture. I've sent them photographs and they are arguing that I have been sent exactly what I ordered. Do not buy from this company - I wish I'd had the sense to look at some reviews before I did!

I can’t believe what happened yesterday! My parcel actually arrived! I was so shocked! I think US Customs should share part of the blame here. They are terrible. One thing is for sure - I will never order anything from the US again!
