This is a scam company. Don’t buy from them! I ordered a soft toy over two months ago and it hasn’t arrived. They refused to give me details of their couriers so I could chase it up myself. According to their tracking, goods seem to be shipped from China to the USA to the UK. They keep saying they’re chasing it up but I now realise I’ve been scammed.

Don't buy anything from them. Bought a little doll. Its never arrived and when I contacted them for a refund, they have refused to process it. Fraudulent company. Will be reporting them to my bank and getting them to pursue the refund due to fraud

Ordered a gift for someone. Never turned up, was sent a tracking link but the item went to a fictional postcode then disappeared without being delivered. Company claimed that they sent a replacement but never provided any proof of postage or tracking details and again, no item turned up. It’s now been two months. Now being told that they won’t refund the item as it’s been sent and it’s not their fault I’ve not received it. Currently going through PayPal for a refund. Do not use this company

Similar to other reviewers, I placed an order more than two months ago, and it has never arrived. Their customer service refuse to refund me, and the tracking information has not updated for over a month. They keep telling me to be patient. Do not purchase from this company; you will not see your order or get any money back from them.

Made a purchase 2 months ago. Money was taken but the product never arrived. This company do not deliver and I believe it to be a scam. They blame the shipping company but will not refund. Do not purchase from them.

Absolute scam artists. Like everyone else on here - it’s been 8 weeks since my item was supposedly shipped and it still hasn’t arrived.

They constantly say “wait a few more days” or “we’ve sent a replacement” (which they haven’t because they won’t provide a tracking number for this “replacement”.

Avoid at all costs - utterly garbage scam company.

Do not buy from this company. Two months waiting for an item with multiple excuses of why I haven’t receive it. Lost in post, sent again, with delivery company in the UK, but nothing. Their customer support is laughable. Last one I was told they use lots of different delivery companies in the UK and to check with them. They have refused to refund me. Absolutely appalling. Do not buy anything from them

I ordered from this company in June, just like the lady who left a review for these scam artists. It’s now mid August and no sign of my order. Despite demanding a refund on numerous occasions they keep fobbing me off with ‘the first shipment has been lost and we have sent a replacement and have expedited with the carrier’ or ‘please wait a few more days’. I have asked them to send me the new tracking details only to be told that the item is crossing between countries!! It’s so laughable. I have just now asked them to send me the communications between them and the carrier so let’s see what excuse they come up with next. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! By the way, the positive reviews here are fake if you read them, they’re all the same. Scammers.
