We had a fantastic experience with all the team at Bulhawk! We needed a fast turnaround as we had a busy period coming up and we’re worried that the printed gazebo wouldn’t arrive on time.
We needed a fully printed one with all the sides and two printed tablecloths, all of it arrived ahead of time!
Everything was handled perfectly. After contacting more than seven different companies for quotes and advice, we couldn’t have been happier with the finished product. We’ve been getting lots of great comments and feedback about it and will be back for more. We would definitely recommend the team at Bulhawk to anyone.

An end to end amazing experience! From start to finish Jon went out of his way to advise me and help me get a the product I wanted. No question was too stupid. The designer, Nick, was also fantastic! The whole service was efficient and the product quality and customer service were second to none.

Dealing with John, Rebecca, and the rest of the team at Bulhawk has been really great. I was acting on behalf of a Community Group in SE London and we needed a sturdy gazebo (we’ve got through a lot of cheap ones).

From start to finish, Bulhawk have been great. Their product ( in our case a 3x4.5m gazebo with canopy and printed valance) is such high quality that it’s going to solve our reliability concerns - and we’ve already had very complimentary comments when we’ve used it at both our own events and at others’.

Dealing with Bulhawk was so easy and so professional. Bottom line - an excellent company that supplies a great product and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We bought a 3x4.5 premium 32 gazebo and I must say it is exceptional quality for the money. I ordered late one evening and it came in 2 days. Perfect! We then decided that we needed sides for it and I contacted Rebecca in the Sales team who was outstanding. Fast turn around service and next day delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

We purchased the Hex 40 Gazebo 4.5 x 3mts over the weekend and it arrived today. My wife and I spent around 15mins putting it up with little effort.
WOW, What a great bit of kit.
We used to run a Cub Scout group so putting tents and gazebo up is second nature, but WOW quality framing with a high quality canopy.
Arrived in 48hrs and up inside 15mins, Very heavy duty construction,Great quality product with super fast delivery.
We highly recommend this company and its products, A solid 5 star .

We needed a new gazebo for our trade stalls, we used to use another brand but they didn’t have our sizes we needed so researching Bulhawk was of decent quality we ordered one. Came very quickly and packaged well, we we also kept informed from start to delivery.
We set it up really lovely and easy to erect although it does need two people as stated. There was a slight defect on the roof and when I say slight it was literally a pin hole in the roof, these things happen, I contacted the company who were extremely helpful and within 24hrs issues was resolved. I for one will certainly be buying more products for my company and very greatful for there support and information. So I’d give 10 stars if I could great company

I have recently purchased a new canopy for my gazebo via the website from Bulhawk which was delivered within 24 hrs. I contacted Rebecca in the Sales Team to source some spare parts. I found her exceedingly helpful, polite, professional and friendly and we communicated over a few days. A solution was found at considerable discount. I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be using Bulhawk products and services in the future. Top class.

Not only are the products excellent quality , I've been using my hex 40 for over 2 years and it's still looking/ working great, so much better than many other gazebos I see , the customer service goes above and beyond, not just very helpful but incredibly kind as well. Phone answered straight away too, a novelty these days. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ordered the gazebo which was delivered in great time. Unfortunately the roof had a couple of small holes but the customer service lady named Rebecca was on the case and had a replacement sent out immediately so all in all a perfect service from a perfect company

Rarely do you come across a company which supplies top quality goods, and… has a service which is clearly unequalled for positivity, friendly, helpful service as Bulhawk. I strongly recommend it to all.

I've had a Bulhawk gazebo for 3 years and it was left up permanently all through the bad weathers and it was only when it took it down that I accidentally ripped it( totally my fault).
I ordered another cover but unfortunately I ordered the wrong one.Not a problem as the staff were amazing on so helpful to sort my mistake out- brilliant--keep it up

Wow, what customer service. We bought a 4.5 x 3m premium hex gazebo for family get togethers over christmas. When we put it up on christmas eve we found a couple of slits in one of the window panels and a couple of small holes in the roof tape. On boxing day i emailed the company, but wasnt expecting much until after the new year. On the saturday , a lovely email was sent to me apologising for the issues, and said as soon as they were back on the monday, they would sen me replacements. These were received on tuesday the 30th in the morning so can be replaced ready for new years eve. Im blown away by the customer service. Would recommend this company all day long.

Absolutely perfect for what we needed, the 6x3 in purple is stunning and fab quality - it held up in some seriously heavy rain and wind despite being the cheapest version they offer. As a new tiny business cost was a huge thing, I was nervous about getting the 'cheapest' gazebo option but honestly its AMAZING, I will be buying an additional one for the club aspect of my business. The items came next day, absolutely perfect and honestly so impressed.

Having been very impressed by a gazebo that belongs to an organisation I volunteer for, I noted the Bulhawk name on it and I looked in to getting one myself.
I contacted Bulhawk enquiring about carriage charges (I live off- shore and this can result in firms passing on expensive charges)
Bulhawk responded very quickly reassuring me that if I placed an order , carriage would be free.
A brief email correspondence followed which demonstrated a very high level of ‘customer care’

Apart from the quality of the product that I had already witnessed, it was really this very hepful and professional response from the Bulhawk team that encouraged me to place an order.
A gazebo arrived very quickly.
The quality of construction is impressive.( this is the 40 mm tubing type)
Conclusion = I can confidently recommend this firm and their product.

The best customer service I’ve had in years.

This business has grown but has continued to run as a family business with great ethics and morales. I have been consistently surprised by just how kind, friendly, responsive and accommodating Jon and Gary have been when I’ve needed to contact them. I’ve had a couple of issues over the years with the product (which are my fault - the gazebos are absolutely fantastic!!!) and whenever I have reached out they have gone really out of their way to be courteous, responsive and ensure everything is sorted out. Seriously - it’s a gazebo and I’ve been getting calls and emails back within an hour or two and things sorted within 1-2 days total. I’ve not had anywhere near as good from anywhere else for many years.

Also - not only are they a pleasure to deal with as a company - the products they sell are fantastic too. Really strong, durable and completely modular products. They may not be the cheapest on the market and they’re certainly not the most expensive either - but they’re worth every penny and more.

If you’re considering a gazebo - don’t buy it from elsewhere! Buy it from Bulhawk!
