All Seasons Gazebos Reviews 

This is really frustrating, as All Seasons Gazebos make great products. Yesterday I ordered a 3x3 gazebo, taking advantage of their current discount campaign, and free shipping. Today they called me to say that I should have been charged shipping, as I’m not on the UK mainland. I live in Aberdeen!! I’m guessing the mainland stops somewhere around Edinburgh or Glasgow. They said I could pay for shipping now, or cancel. Disappointed to say I was obliged to cancel.

We have recently purchased a 2.5 x 2.5 pop up gazebo and have to say it has surpassed all our expectations of previous other companies pop up gazebos. The quality is superb. Its frame is amazing and much easier to erect than others we have had. Lastly the fact it can be put away complete with canopy into the wheeled bag is the icing on the cake. Will certainly be recommending this product to our friends and family

We ordered the 3x3 Superior Gazebo on Monday, it arrived Tuesday late afternoon after receiving updates on expected delivery time. We set the gazebo up that evening. It literally took us 2 mins. The build quality is exceptional. It’s very well manufactured and super easy to erect. All the extras are included, guide ropes, pegs, sides and bags for additional ballast in case of high winds. As they say, it does exactly what it says on the tin. Fantastic, I would definitely recommend this gazebo.

I bought a gazebo to use in France in November but due to illness was unable to go till July . We put gazebo up and thought it was good quality until we took some sides down a couple of times and found that the velcro was fraying I also found 4 pegging points a bit of money saving on all seasons gazebos I would have thought that at least 2 pegging points per side was the adequate number . I phoned the company today to point out the fraying and was told it was over 6 months old and wasn't covered but they could sell me another roof cover I would have to think carefully before buying or recommending this company to anyone else.

I have brought several pop up gazebos from All Seasons and been very happy with products.
I recently had an issue with a gazebo I put up in May when a tear developed in the canopy.
On approaching the company I was reminded of their warranty conditions. Just be aware that, in effect, the warranty expires should you leave the gazebo up overnight, let alone for 6 weeks.

The standard of construction of frames and fabric choices, stitching & finishing really impressed me. l have been working with various different gazebos for years in E Kent, Margate, Folkestone, Deal, Sandwich, Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Canterbury, & one two other towns. Most of the gazebos were ok but rarely lasted more than two summers. Now l have my own gazebo, an All Seasons 2mtr X 2mtr roof top only which looks & feels like the condition that l received it in 2022. An "ex market trader" colleague gave it to me after he had a bout of covid & gave up the market trading life. Every year it has performed well for 11 - 14 summer Sundays. This year l have it set up for my static exercise bike. It is in my bak garden and is Brilliant!

Ordered this to go over our hot tub l. It arrived quickly and was very straight forward to put together, very good storage bag on wheels for transporting if needed, would definitely recommend this company.

Getting this part for the Gazebo meant that the Gazebo could be saved instead of having to be replaced.

The staff were very helpful when I contacted them. We had already purchased our Gazebo from them a couple of years previously and decided we would like to buy the side panels. I spoke to a really nice lady, Sheila and within 24 hrs they were shipped and delivered. First class service by All Seasons and the delivery company.

Gazebo delivered speedily. Quality is excellent. Heavy duty top with robust connections. Easy to put up and down. Mine stays out all summer and only brought down if strong winds forecast.

Great product. Excellent service. Fair price. On time delivery. I've used my gazebo twice, in dry weather first time and second time during a downpour. Expect to take time erecting and dismantling, but it really is straightforward. It looks fabulous and really does a superb job. Really happy with my purchase.

Nice gazebo easy to put up but the stitms damaged my original canopy and my replacement canopy elastic hooks failed within 2 months of use.
I contacted customer service and, although very good, told me to buy another new one.

Love my Gazebo (although there is a leg or 2 that plays up when setting up for an event). However after 1 use, the carry bag ripped open from the straps, and the bag (with gazebo inside) is unstable to stand up. You have to lower the bag to transport the gazebo or the whole thing turns over as you're walking. Considering how much I paid for it, I would have thought the bag would be of better quality.

All good from booking to delivery

There was a slight delay in receiving the gazebo but even so, it was delivered within days and a lot sooner than other items ordered on-line.
The gazebo itself is sturdily constructed and the fabric covering substantial and waterproof. Although one person can do it attaching the canopy is really a two-person job as it the actual opening of the gazebo. Opening the gazebo (2 person) is realy easy and straightforward - a breeze!
When collapsing the gazebo, the canopy can be left attached making subsequent erection easier.
I'm very pleased with the gazebo and consider it money well spent.

We’ve had the gazebo for about 8 years and been enjoying it every summer. It is sturdy and robust withstanding wind and rain. Unfortunately this summer when I got it out one of the cross beams snapped. Fortunately All-Seasons supply individual spare parts which were supplied quickly and were easily fitted meaning we can continue to enjoy the gazebo without having to buy another.

The original roof lasted 10years, this one is of same quality. Great product. Delivered quickly.
