I never write reviews, but the team at Rock Awnings were really helpful. They waited while we got our fonts sorted and then got the gazebo to us in time for our big summer party, less than a week from when we placed the order. Amazing service. The gazebo itself is sturdy, a great colour, easy to put up and down and seems to be great quality. We look forward to getting many years of happy service from it!

Rock Awnings Gazebo is a brilliant product.  I purchased the EXPLORER 32 Series gazebo. A very well designed and strong frame. Easy to erect, with an assistant (I'm 74 years old).  The perfect race track Gazebo for my track days, ridding my motorcycle....   Customer service is second to none. I bought a Rhino Hex 55 in 2019. It has been up for 5 of those 7 years(dont tell the planners) and has stood up to all the named storms during that period. Only issue I've had is the door zip, which has almost daily use, so thats hardly surprising.
Previously you could ony buy all 4 when replacing - but now you can buy them individually. Great.

I bought a Rhino Hex 45 gazebo with a full set of custom printed panels for a country show we were attending. The Gazebo came next day and is amazingly strong and robust. Took two of us to initially put up but after I got the hang of it, I could do this myself fairly easily, just takes a little extra effort to walk around and pull the legs out one by one. I use 15Kg cast weights and tie downs to secure, so should resist anything but a hurricane!

The custom printed panels are quoted as a couple of weeks to manufacture but the very helpful guys at Rock Awnings put it through as a priority and we just got them earlier and just in time for the event. Great quality print and looks amazing. We got so many positive comments on its first outing. Super strong and the panel print quality is excellent.

Does cost a bit more than a standard unbranded setup but well worth it and should last us a long time. Very happy indeed and would recommend.

As aConunity Intrest Company (CIC) we were looking for a printed awning so the we could show who we were and display what we stood for and did as a CIC. We looked at many web sites and were put off by thier costs and lead time. Having called the company and discossed our needs with them it soon became obvious the Rock Awnings were the company for us. Having placed the order, the awning arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date with no damage to any of the packaging. Weverrected it on 28th June for the first time at the Stoke-on-Trent Armed Forces Day celebrations. It was so easy to erect.
We had several other charities, CICs and other parties asking us who the supplier was. They were impressed with the quality and studyness of the awning, so much so they are looking for funds to get themselves an awning from this company

Super great service from start to finish, the website for "building" your gazebo and the parts you need is very user friendly and then the design stage was super smooth and someone helps you and sends over proofs etc to approve and tweak. From then to delivery was incredibly fast and we had a broken wheel on our frame bag on arrival and the sales team have already sent a new one to us. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone :)

I bought a commercial gazebo from Rock Awnings four years ago, and it's lasted me well with regular use (1-4 times per week). As one would expect, it's needed parts replacing from time to time (because it takes a lot of battering from the weather), some of which have felt well-priced, some a little expensive (but not more-so than their competitors).

Their after-sales customer service has been excellent. They usually respond quickly, get urgent items out in decent time, and have really helped me out with a particular issue I had. I've recommended them to several traders and will continue to do so.

I placed an order with Rock Awnings for a new Tent Canopy to replace my old one which had ripped.

Great to see a UK company who sell spares instead of having to replace the whole thing.

Really pleased with my 3x4.5 its been up in garden over a year now with my hot tub underneath... brilliant piece of kit even in strong winds ...proper sturdy with no leaks at all ... would and will definitely buy from these people again as i went to collect from their warehouse.. totally down to earth to deal with...

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. The pop up we purchased in July 2021 more than met our expectations and is still in use.
Had it been folded and stored properly after the last usage, We would not have had to purchase a replacement side panel. It was mouse damage NOT a problem with the quality. Ordered yesterday afternoon and delivered this morning. First class service ... thanks Stefan.

We used Rock Awnings to order a branded gazebo and flags for our promotional day @ our local town centre. From start to finish the team (i was mainly dealing with Richard who was great) was so helpful! From design to print i couldn't fault anything, i would highly recommend. The printing and delivery was quick and efficient, and most importantly the quality of the branded printing on the fabric was amazing. Not to mention the quality of the gazebo, super sturdy (HEX 45) and conveniently packs away with the travel bags provided. I have been waiting until we had used our gazebo a few times at events before reviewing. I am super pleased with the quality of construction. It's a 3x3m mid range gazebo with hex legs and was very easy to erect with two people. It's really strong and I felt very confident when using it recently in adverse weather whilst watching other people's structures buckling and bending! The customisation (digital printing) on the roof was excellent and customer service was very helpful through the buying process. I would highly recommend and use again.

Best quality, advice and service. We bought a gazebo from these guys years ago when in Chorley and wanted something more suitable for our outdoor business. Decided to go with the Hex55 and the quality and price blow the competition away massively. Thanks very much, probably see us again when we want custom side prints making up.

A while back I ordered a 6x3m Rhino Hex 45 to replace a gazebo that fell to bits on a windy day. I put it up over my car while I was doing some work on it. The mother in law warned me I should take it down before I left on holiday as "it was going to be a bit windy." Obviously I ignored her. It turned out the "bit of wind she was talking about was storm Kathleen! I Iive near the west coast where it hit worst. I was dreading coming home as to be honest I couldn't see any way I wouldn't be coming home to find a mangled gazebo wrapped around my car. The garden is trashed, there are branches down everywhere but the gazebo is unmarked still standing over my car. 6x3m is huge. I cannot imagine how much force must have been going through it. Highly recommend!
