Ordered clothing and was extremely disappointed. Print was wonky, blurry, poorly cut out and peeling off the clothing when it arrived. During the complaint process, I was sent the same copy and pasted email 3 times before they decided the case was closed. Unless you would like the printing ability and professionalism of a 4 year old then I would go elsewhere.

My experience was genuinely disappointing. It’s the first time I have to leave a review on Trustpilot. Poor customer support during the design approval. Very bad attention to the details for the lamination process and zero precision on cutting. I ordered 4 foamex boards, I can use only one. They didn’t installed eyelets as agreed. I’ve been offered £10 note on the next order as compensation. If you need a professional printing service, I’d strongly suggest to look elsewhere.

Needed a banner for a football team by 26th April , order on the Tuesday printed by Wednesday and delivered Friday 24th before 1 pm! Communication was brilliant , was shown the final print before the banner was banner was printed, also shown final results when it was finished.
The turn around was fantastic.cant thank these guys enough for making it happening in time.
100% would use again if needed

This company completely failed to deliver on what was promised. I was personally assured by two sales consultants that everything would be handled—those assurances meant nothing.

Their failure left me in a seriously unprofessional position during an important event. No accountability, poor communication, and a clear gap between what they say and what they actually do.

I wouldn’t trust them again.

2nd time ordering a banner for the London Marathon and really happy with the product and timescale, and help. A very small order but all was good and the guys where helpful. Recommendeded!

Quick and easy to order a small banner and at a very reasonable price. Liked the customisable options when ordering and the fact that my artwork was checked. It's not huge but absolutely fine for our purposes. Would use again.

Can't recommend highly enough ... advice to go with 'tablecloth' rather than banner was absolutely right ...excellent quality. A pleasure to deal with.

Ordered a 'flag' for my business recently. Raised a complaint as I received a thin piece of mesh, sheer fabric, cut to the wrong shape with jagged edges, without any hemming or pocket for the flag pole, strangely packaged in a huge box. I was told it would have to be returned within 24hours to receive a refund, even though the product is faulty and unusable. I said I would send it today (received yesterday) and apparently that would not be quick enough!? I do to understand why a complaint isn't genuinely acknowledged or resolved, questions weren't even answered. I am shocked and disappointed and have never received product or service so bad that I even think to write a review. Please don't waste your money!

Delivered on time, pretty good quality.

Sadly, the supporting pole broke the first time the banner was used. My polite emails asking if a replacement pole could be supplied were ignored until - after three months, they claimed it was a 'late complaint' and and offered a replacement pole as a 'goodwill gesture' that actually cost more than the normal price!
