Colour variation /poor customer service
Printed mats - take no notice of the images on the website. They are simply not representative of the products we received.
We ordered printed mats in black with silver writing and non-slip edges. When the mats arrived they were a medium grey! Images on the website show professional looking black edges but the non-slip edges we received were light grey. You apply the edges yourself, they aren't even cut to size!
We contacted the company as we weren't happy with the mat quality. Numerous photos were exchanged before we received confirmation that that the color variation issue had been resolved and the company would issue a reprint. They also recommended overlocked edges instead of rubbers, we agreed as the rubber edges did not stay in place.
When the replacement mats arrived, they were identical to the original ones! We didn't have the best experience initially but raising a second complaint was met by numerous obstacles; we didn't complain soon enough - issues have to be raised within 24 hours of receipt of goods but my staff member was away from the office; specific photo evidence was required - 4 mats placed side by side with the whole of each mat visible in the one shot - that was no mean feat!
Long story short, we asked for a refund - not a chance!
We relented, accepting a third set of mats.
They arrived the very next day. And finally the mats were black! ... but now the writing was green! And the edges were still an untidy mess.
The only way we can get a refund is to return all 6 mats providing proof of posting within 24 hours of receipt and at our own cost. Do you know what...? It's just not worth the time, money or the hassle. Thank goodness we only ordered 2 mats despite needing 14.
We'll take our business elsewhere and if you're looking for printed mats, you'd be well advised to look do the same!!

Very disappointing experience.
We placed an order for a custom outdoor sign and a branded mat , and the process was problematic from the start. The first item arrived incorrect, and while a replacement was issued, the second attempt still did not meet the agreed expectations.
What’s most frustrating is that we were clearly told we would receive a final image of the product before dispatch for approval — this never happened. The item was sent without that confirmation, removing any opportunity to catch the issue beforehand.
Despite multiple emails, photos, and explanations, the response was consistently dismissive, with the company insisting everything matched the “approved design,” which we had not actually approved in its final form.
This resulted in wasted time, unnecessary stress, and a product that does not match what we needed. We never got the refund. Customer service showed little accountability or willingness to resolve the situation properly. They just do not care.
Would not recommend based on this experience. Stay away from them!!
Incessant marketing calls
Ordered from these people 4 years ago. The product was fine enough for what it was, but for the last 12 months I have been getting hounded with weekly calls from someone claiming to represent their sales department. Despite telling the person at the other end of the phone that I’m not interested each and every time, they continue to call me weekly, always from a different number. Either this means they leaked my data to brokers and therefore potential scammers, or they themselves have been harassing me with constant sales calls despite my wishes to not be contacted.

Ordered some branded stickers from here and the quality was appalling! they were peeling on receipt, had cuts in them, bits of my logo missing and weren't even square! raised a complaint but went nowhere they are useless! DO NOT USE!

I ordered from these once. And it must have been 5 years ago easily. But I am constantly being harrassed with phonecalls asking if I want to order again, if I want discount or if I plan on using them again. No matter how many times I ask, I am still being called off them.
I block their number after every call and yet they just call me from another number.
If you value your sanity, don't order from them!

Dreadful company - Terrible banner stands full of dents & scratched
We ordered 2 x Premium Banner Stands. Outer boxes were all bust open and full of holes because the single ply cardboard wasn’t strong enough to hold the banner stand.
Banners stands are all bent and bashed inside. Contacted Jacob Miller with photographs and here is his response.
“I just received your concern and sincerely apologize for the issue. It appears that the box was damaged during transit due to rough handling by the courier which may have caused the scratches.
However, I can see that the stand itself is intact and fully usable. We kindly request you to continue using the stand as it is.”
We are a children’s charity and only asked for replacements not a refund. Both banner stands are full of dents and scratches. They look terrible.
£194 for damaged goods that are full of dents and scratches that we can’t even use.

Awful awful company. The product sent was utter garbage. Totally unfit for purpose. Total waste of money. No offer of refund, repair, reprint. Wish I’d checked all the reviews before ordering. DO NOT USE. Be warned.
Disappointing quality and a very rigid 24-hour claim policy
I ordered an A1 metal sign (Order #9319114) for outdoor use. It arrived with a warped panel and serious print defects, including poor ink adhesion, white dots, and blue streaks in the pink sections.
When I reported this 5 days after delivery, customer service (Jacob) refused a replacement, citing a "company policy" that damage must be reported within 24 hours so they can claim with FedEx. They claimed the sign was "fully usable" and "fine from a distance" despite the structural warping making it impossible to mount flush to an exterior wall.
I would like to remind this company that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. A retailer's internal 24-hour courier claim policy does not override a customer's statutory rights to receive non-defective goods. Furthermore, the ink adhesion issues are a manufacturing fault, not transit damage. Offering a "goodwill discount" on a future order is not an acceptable resolution for being sent a faulty product. I would advise others to be very wary of their restrictive return policies.
Shocking quality
Shocking quality, ordered some signs printed on foamex the foamex looked like it had been cut with an axe, they had dents in the face of the sign and instead of 2 different signs they printed the same one twice. I emailed and was asked to send photos from a 2m viewing distance apparently if the look rubbish close up that's ok! They re sent the order and the quality is even worse!

Magnetic car signs all damaged, ripped and wrinkled and was told not there fault and that from a distance people probably wouldn't notice.

I would have given a 0. This company made several errors on the printing. Replaced one section that we found was faulty. After two months we saw that there was appearing black smudges on the printing and I contacted them only to be told they will not entertain my complaint.

This company are horrendous, we ordered one board and the quality was awful, it wasn't even cut straight let alone printed well. They then provided a second board, which was even worse, when you send them pictures as proof they tell you it looks fine and that is that.

Awful, awful company who will harass you with marketing emails, phone calls and letter for years frollowing you order. They ignore any request for you to stop. Avoid them as it is not worth the hassle!

GDPR Breach
The Banners I received were cheap and the quality was ok, not amazing but ok.
However their marketing since is extremely intrusive and harassing; constantly calling from Indian call centres, different numbers, and emails, sometimes even multiple times per day and very difficult to block. Ignoring GDPR by continuing to contact by email and phone after repeatedly being told to stop. Unbelievable. 100% will not be using them again

What a serious shame - kindness goes a long way and these are people who are very quick to take your money, but less than helpful when your order comes damages.
There was an obvious issue with one of my banners, a printing issue, may I add, that I was told would wipe clean with a wet cloth. To their credit, they did offer a free replacement of this.
I ordered a roller banner which leans forward and came with a big dent in the front.
In the complaint email, Stephen said that everything was verified as perfect condition before leaving their warehouse so it must have happened in transit (a bold contradiction considering one of my banners had printing damage), and then had the delightful opportunity to repay to get one sent out to me, likely in the same cheap packaging for it to be dented again.
A big lesson for reading reviews before placing an order anywhere ever again.
Absolutely disgusting.
Started well… then went completely downhill
Where do I start.
My first two orders with Vinyl Banners Printing were good, which is why I kept using them.
Unfortunately after that the service went completely downhill.
I paid for express service with a guaranteed delivery date for a job. The banners were meant to arrive the day before the event so I could prepare them, as I had to leave at 5pm to fly to the job.
They did not arrive until the day of the job, which made them effectively useless.
When I called multiple times I was fobbed off and told it was the courier’s fault, but the tracking clearly showed the banners weren’t even dispatched until the day they were supposed to have already been delivered.
To make matters worse, I had already travelled abroad for the job by the time they arrived. Parcelforce left the parcel outside my front door.
When I returned two weeks later and contacted them, they refused a refund saying “delivery was accepted.”
That has been the pattern since.
Other orders have:
Arrived late
Been printed at the wrong size despite correct artwork being supplied & size
Had white space around the hemmed edge of 2"!!!!
Been poor print quality with missing ink, dull colours and scratches
Customer service is also extremely poor.
Phone numbers either ring endlessly or disconnect, and emails often go unanswered.
The final straw was last week. I placed an order and was told if payment and artwork were received before 1pm it would be processed in time.
I sent everything at 10:45am, but by 2pm the artwork hadn’t even been downloaded.
When I asked to cancel the order because of the lack of response and risk of another late delivery, they suddenly said “we’re working on it now” — but the artwork wasn’t downloaded until 3:45pm.
Trying to cancel and get a refund was like pulling teeth.
Honestly, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
Poor experience
Poor experience. Ordered banners for an event. They were delievered but had been damaged and were stained with some white ink. Additonally, cable ties were missing. I messaged them within minutes of reciept to ask for a replacement, only to get a response the next day that I had 24 hours from reciept to return them and as i'd missed it they couldn't recplace... Someone needs to explain the Consumer Rights Act to them. Was also told that the cable ties were send but must have been lost in shipping.
