The service in this print shop is completely unacceptable. The staff member named Skye was rude, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. I was told that if I wanted my order faster, I would have to pay extra — but at the same time, he informed me that nothing would be done sooner because “it’s lunch”. So I was expected to pay more for a service they had no intention of speeding up.

When I said to just proceed with the order normally, I was told that my order had been put on hold until I combined two print files into one — something no other print shop has ever required from me.

Within just two hours of placing the order, I experienced a level of disrespect I have never seen in this industry. When I requested a refund, I was told it would take 7 days, finished off with an ironic “have a lovely day”.

I strongly do not recommend this company. It was a complete waste of time, patience, and professionalism.

This is the 3rd year in a row our Art Club has ordered its promo banners from Big Art & Banners. They were very patient with the various little tweaks we asked for and even made a good design suggestion which we thought was better than ours, so couldn't be more pleased. Once the design was approved, production and delivery was within a couple of days. Great quality, too. Roll on next year :-)

Bought x2 banners online and emailed the design team the kind of design I was looking for. Within a couple hours I got an email back from Amy with their design.
Asked for them to add an extra detail which they done and issued back. No problem with getting in touch with them and done exactly what I wanted.
Confirmed the design and both banners arrived within 1 week. Quality of design and material is great, reasonable priced and speedy service.

Can't complain and will definitely use again.

A really friendly, "can do" approach to my initial enquiry from a chap called Dec.
This led to my first order with them. The finished product was absolutely spot on.
