Absolutely terrible quality, awful customer services when we asked where our missing parcel was. We were left on read constantly and had to call nonstop for answers. When the banner arrived, it was scuffed and really poor print quality. We still have never received our stand for the step and repeat.

Great communication, helpful and easy to understand instructions provided via chat facility, speedy delivery, item arrived within two days, product was as expected, cheaper than many other quotes, would highly recommend

Zee & Max printed a great backdrop for us for an event we hosted with some of the Chelsea Footballers. Would 100% recommend. Fair prices and quick turnaround.

Pinnacle have supplied us with a number of mesh banners for use in the harsh environment of large construction sites. Turnaround of proofs and speed of delivery once approved has been excellent, as has the durability of the product left out in the open 24/7/365. I'm more than happy to recommend the company and it's products.

Ordered 5 backdrop banners with stand over the last 2 years and very happy with service. Will continue to order and use this company.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
We clearly told Pinnacle Banner that the banners had to be delivered on or before February 20 and they confirmed they could meet the deadline. Instead, they attempted delivery on February 21 with absolutely no notice. Our office is closed on weekends, so the delivery failed.
Later, they had the nerve to claim they informed us about the delay, which is completely false. We never received any message, call, or email. The only person we could communicate with was the delivery rider, while Pinnacle Banner themselves were nowhere to be found.
Then they made it even worse by forcing us to pay another ~£70 delivery fee just to have it redelivered — even though the delay was entirely their fault.
When the banners finally arrived the print quality was shockingly bad, absolutely terrible. There were visible horizontal banding lines everywhere, and the gradients looked completely wrong. It honestly looked like a failed test print, not a finished product.
We even sent them photos of the defects, and their response was that they “don’t see any issue.” At that point it seriously makes you question how low their standards for “good print quality” must be.
Because of this mess, we had to scramble and find another printer at the last minute before our event. Thankfully, another print company managed to produce the banners for us in a very short amount of time and with excellent quality — something Pinnacle Banner clearly failed to do. The difference in quality was night and day.
Missed deadline. Poor communication. Extra delivery charges. Terrible print quality. No accountability.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Pinnacle Banner and choose literally any other printing company.

Quick delivery but no support given when banner arrived with smudges on the core image and text. It couldn't be replaced in time and no refund or willingness to discuss alternatives was given.

Very speedy service! This banner was a present and I'm sure that they'll be delighted with it. Every detail was confirmed prior to printing, and it arrived within a couple of days of my initial enquiry - thank you Sam!

I am a chauffeur for VIP fimily based in London.My client’s friend had a birthday today.I was told to get a birthday banner two days before.Called several companies and all I heard was”we need one week notice”.Then i called Pinnacle Banner no answer but to my surprise got a call back within a minute.Max was very professional and got my order done in time.Thank you very much and wish you all the best.Very much recommended.

What a shower of s:;T I am in the trade and needed 3 x 2.5 wide banners… I supplied the vinyl and sent them to the disused old midland bank building which I think they are squatting in😵‍💫 I wanted to pay by card but they refused and I even offered to pay the extra cost for using the card … I now know why… as when I received the banners they were just awful… my customer refused the job as they were so bad … if I had paid by card I would have a a chance of getting my £620 back the London phone number goes to a mobile
Max the guy that answered the phone was the most unhelpful person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
The place is a disused bank all borderd up and the one printer they have is in a dump of a room… I had a potential of £2000. Which they kept chasing me for payment before they got the order.. they did send a sample which they charged me £60.00 and in 20 years of printing I have never seen such a crap banner…
Do not use as I don’t think they are going to be in that building before they get turfed out…

I ordered a vinyl banner from this company last min, and received it before my event, can’t thank pinnacle banners enough! The banners quality and print was perfect, no faults! Will certainly be ordering again in the future!

Unfortunately the scaffolding banner we ordered was of poor quality with incorrect colours used. Addressed this with the company who offered small discount to re order with them rater that correct the issue. Would not recommend.

I needed a banner for a one day event with friends so didn't want to spend a fortune.
The banner was produced without fuss and was delivered quickly and was of excellent quality. Exceeded my expectations.

This company absolutely dreadful paid good money for a backdrop banner it came damaged everyday for 3 weeks i have phoned and emailed no one gets back to me just such bad customer service my advice use someone else

Amazing turn around very professional and gave useful advice

We ordered three banners from Pinnacle Banners—two standard and one roller banner—for an event, clearly communicating the delivery deadline from the start. While the design process was efficient, only the roller banner was delivered. Despite being charged over £11 for shipping and repeatedly contacting the company (including speaking to a manager), the remaining two banners were never received, and all follow-up communication has since been ignored. We have written this review because they are not responding to any of our communication. We are very disappointed, we feel misled, and we are now seeking a full refund of the missing banners.
