Great Wall stickers. Packaging could be better though. Mine got squashed in transit resulting in creses and a rough edge. Finn was very helpful and a replacement was sent out.

Excellent customer assistance was provided by Finn, when the banner we needed for an event went awry with the delivery event.

Finn quickly understood what had happened, and arranged a replacement to be produced and despatched overnight for our event the following day.

1 Star – Persistent unwanted calls, terrible service, and unacceptable handling

Extremely disappointed with Vinyl Banners. While I’ve had no issues with their actual banners, I had a terrible experience with an order for leaflets, which arrived weeks late—after the event had already passed. Given that the leaflets were completely useless at that point, there should have been a full refund. Instead, they only offered a £20 discount, which didn't even cover the additional costs I incurred—and I am still waiting for even that to be applied.

On top of that, I am receiving up to two calls a day asking for reviews or pushing marketing. Despite explicitly asking to be removed from their marketing list multiple times, the calls haven't stopped. When I asked to see their GDPR policy during a call, the representative simply hung up on me.

Unsatisfactory experience overall and a severe lack of respect for customer requests and privacy.

My actual experience from the website was definitely a two, if I’m being kind. No order confirmation email and no tracking email. Order didn’t arrive on the day it was supposed to. I messaged asking for tracking and only then was it passed to the courier and then delivered the next day. If I hadn’t have messaged asking about my order, would this have been the case? I don’t know, but it appears my order was rushed. I ordered two stickers. One came out the correct size, the other completely cut off an important part so was unusable. The quality of both was extremely poor also. I was not sent a copy of the item to approve prior to dispatch. I was sent a demo that I approved because it was the exact same as the image I had sent minutes prior. I would not order from here again but I can say that the customer service that I received on the website’s chat and from Stephen were great. Thanks for resolving.

Ordered some banners for a corporate football tournament. Great quality - quick service and good communication. Would recommend.

The whole team was fantastic, especially Jacob and Nick. We needed a quality banner printed quickly and with some other specifications; their response to my initial email (and all emails) was super fast, and they were incredibly accommodating regarding delivery and measurements. Would recommend, and would use their services again.

Oh dear... having had a good experience of this company for past 8 years I have now been left completely in limbo with complaints department telling me it's all sorted and will be dispatched the next day... since 29th September.
Waiting to start our new branding and awaiting large composite sign( was delivered but damaged so awaiting replacement) They ring me all the time assuring me sorted and it just is not- stopped ringing me now! So very disappointed.

We needed two last minute banners made and they not only delivered it on time, they delivered it early!! Which saved us a lot of stress.

The only thing I wish was different was that we ordered the banners unfolded, but they came folded anyway, which was a shame as it meant we had a massive folding shadow in our banner throughout our event.

Also, it took us a while to figure out how to put the banner stand together. They could benefit from putting a quick video tutorial on their website showing how to put everything together. It would've saved us time and headache!

Nevertheless, the price we paid was so good and like I mentioned before, the delivery was quick, ideal for last-minute banner orders.
