Vinylbannersprinting

The design process was seamless and good editing changes were offered. The product is great, very durable, and the order was delivered in a timely fashion. We have used the banner yearly for the past two years and will use it again this year. It has held up very well.

Good product good service

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being harassed. Sub standard blurry printing and 2½ yrs later I'm still getting cold calls from various phone numbers from this company trying to sell me banners even though the one i bought was a 'one off' and I've repeatedly told them so. I asked for no further contact 2yrs ago yet they still call. I've reported them to the watchdog but they just keep harassing you once they get your details. And are using multiple phone numbers to fool you into answering. I just hang up now. I wouldn't use this company if it was the last one on earth doing banners!

Do not use. scam business!!
Ordered banners and the quality is the worse I have ever seen.
Banners came smaller than ordered, folded instead of rolled which I paid extra for and very poor quality.
I have emailed their 'complaints' department and they ignore the issues, blame the customer and offer a reprint for discount.
You might think how bad can they be... trust me they are really bad.
Don't be fooled by their live chat agents trying to make a quick sale with free gifts etc it will cost you more in the end.

After much back and fourth with Finn at the company regarding the banner I purchased that was sent to me twice due to the poor quality of the frames, I finally got a full refund.

Finn understood the situation and didn’t argue with me about this when I finally got to speak with him in person.

Stephen in complaints was very efficient and helped me get a resolution - great skill set from him helped make the experience better

We ordered a large banner from Vinyl Banners Printing in March 2026, using it at all of the events that we attend. We are very happy with it and wouldn't consider getting our Printing done anywhere else.
Delivery was swift, communication was excellent and attention to detail was spot on, our Made By Meema logo is shown off perfectly!
Thank you Steven and the team!

Jeff Harrison was a pleasure to work with. Quick turnaround, great value and quality product.

This team was extremely helpful, accommodating, advisory and on time and on budget...what else do you need! Well done 👏

Once they had my number they contacted me via email, phone and WhatsApp and pressured me until I ordered, I paid £16.99 for shipping (for A4 size signs!) after they had to “improve shipping after customer complaints of products arriving damaged” but it still arrived late and with bubble wrap and thin cardboard. The signs arrived damaged and of very poor quality. I emailed the company complaints department with pictures of the items, they asked me to provide more pictures and then stopped replying. I tried to sort it via PayPal and immediately after I opened a dispute, they contacted me via email trying to pressure me into closing this case in exchange for store credit. PayPal wouldn’t sort it because it is not covered by buyer protection so I’m stuck with them. The items are not fit for purpose, very poor quality, the design is peeling off the sign and it looks like they were cut out with a butter knife. Do not buy from this dishonest and shady company who will not leave you alone once they have your details!!

Thank you so, so, so much Jeff and Javk! As a small business, ordering marketing materials can be really daunting, but I am honestly amazed by the service you have provided. It has been above my expectations, and I am so happy with the products you have delivered. Please pass on a huge thank you to your team as well. I will definitely be having you as my permanent suppliers going forward!

I'm having exactly the same experience as 'The Cosy Cup' - all started great - good comms on the phone and email, order gets accepted, proofs all good. Then NOTHING. 2 weeks later we still haven't received our print which was for an event.
Just excuse after excuse, blaming production (which I now believe they outsource. Now blaming Fedex (who I don't think have even been given our shipment!). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I always order from Vinyl Banners Printing for our annual charity fundraising show. They're a great company to deal with, my contact David Miller is really helpful and the banners they produce from my own artwork always turn out brilliantly and arrive by a super quick service.

I contacted them through the website chat about 15 minutes before the next-day cut-off, they replied immediately, I told them what I needed and sent over my designs. Ben was so helpful and speedy, from payment and approving the design to production. He had my banners processed within minutes and they arrived the next day. Really good price too. Would definitely use Vinyl Banners again.

Stephen & Justin have been so helpful over the last few weeks.. we were quite last minute but they still got everything printed quickly for us, and when FED EX missed us, they got them re-printed and allowed us to collect so we had them in time for our event! Highly recommend, we’ve had great service!

I have used this company a few times now and every time its been easy and straight forward. Jeff Harrison is always at the other end of the phone with any help that is needed, he has helped me with my banners in the past and would definitely recommend this company for your banners / printing needs.

Please don't use very bad service compared to others , my product took weeks to arive, they only contact made was from a dodge call center trying to sell more products, not very pleasant I also don't know if linked but I started getting spam phone calls after sharing my details

Great banners

We were disappointed that the banner had been damaged in transit with a tear thet went through several layers due to the way it had been folded. We sent photographs of the damage and Henry Morgan from the complaints department arranged to expedite a reprint and quickly sent it out to us.
