Great customer service + idea

I honestly love Bundlee, the idea is fantastic, the clothes and brands are so well curated. I'm someone who takes a lot of photos of my little one and the outfits just make them so great. The customer service is also fantastic, whenever I've had to speak to someone it's been prompt and I've been so happy with the results.

We absolutely love the service- we starting using when our daughter was 3 weeks old - she is turning 1 year this month and we are still huge fans of renting her clothes. Especially for babies who travel a lot and need seasonal clothing as well as those who grow fast - we can really recommend Bundlee. ❤️

Great service, arrived on scheduled date, clothes are immaculate and cute, good quality, good communication.

Renting was a generally good experience and the clothes were lovely. If you are looking for more pricier items but don't want to buy outright this might be the option for you as little ones grow out of them so quick!
I love how responsive the customer service team is aswell and they were very helpful with my query aswell
However the reason for the 4 stars is that they only go up to age 2-3 and I would have loved bigger sizes for children to step into
The other reason for the 4 stars is some of the items that came were not great and I could tell they had been worn previously. Obviously that is the whole reason for bundlee, but I would have liked to see them look a bit better
Overall a lovely idea and all the best for the future

Great quality clothes without having to spend the money on them. We live in a small house and don't have the space for all the baby clothes, so this system of renting works really well for our family.

I love the ease of the clothes arriving, the quality is great, the selection is perfect and the team and customer service is wonderful.

I think this is a really good idea. The service works well and efficiently. We got the basic bundle. What I didn't liked that much however, is that the clothes are quite simple and only to wear indoors. I would find it useful to have trousers and jumpers as well. But maybe you can do that with the more expensive pack which we didn't try. Also, I think the clothes shouldn't have labels on as they can be uncomfortable for the babies, specially on their pijamas that are in contact with their skins directly.

We couldn't be happier with Bundlee! I encourage all the families to give it a try to see how cute the clothes are, how easy it is and how much it makes sense to rent instead of buying!

I have been part of Bundlee subscription since my baby is born, she is now 2,5y and I love that she is always wearing the coolest clothes and together we are being sustainable and I don’t have to think of what to do with the clothes when she outgrows it. Wow! I feel so lucky to have found this company! A sustainable way to dress my little boy in the coolest clothes without having piles of clothes he can’t fit into the following month! Such a great idea and the clothes are amazing quality. You’d never know that they were not new. Really easy to choose clothes and get them delivered and super easy to return to.

Very responsive to issues - we had delivery issues over Xmas but this was resolved quickly and easily

Wanting to be more sustainable with my little one’s clothes, I sought out Bundlee and I could not be happier.

The selection of stylish designer clothes to choose from grows every time I do a swap, and I especially love that I can rent pram suits and outfits I wouldn’t want to buy.

The customer service is top notch and I love the handy reusable postal bag it comes in, with pre-printed postage making it so simple to post back. I can see myself using Bundlee for a long time to come!

Best idea EVER.
By the age of 5 months, I’ve accumulated 3 big bags of clothes that don’t fit my baby anymore. I don’t have the space to sustain buying new clothes at the same rate. Came across Bundlee. GAMEfreakingCHANGER. Do this for pregnancy clothing too!!!!
I pick the clothes I like, they come to my door smelling SUPER nice and when they don’t fit anymore I just order the next set. Can’t sing enough praises. So convenient

Amazing service, one of a kind! The app is ever improving - the bundle builder is great, account overview and swaps can be tricky, but have already improved since I joined. Email comms are always fab and the whole company feels very personable. Swaps work surprisingly smooth too. I'm a happy customer!
