Sell your items on Vinted instead
After using the trade-in service, I reviewed other customer feedback and noted a consistent pattern: items downgraded, items not processed as expected, and largely uniform responses to complaints.
My experience followed the same trajectory.
Following an 8-week processing period, several items were graded significantly lower than expected, including three assigned £0 value and marked as “recycled.” One item was initially classified as having “mould,” later revised to “sand” after I queried it.
For context, this was an unworn swimsuit (a gift, already too small) that had not been used in any environment where sand would be present. The revision speaks for itself.
The accompanying photographs did not clearly substantiate a number of the issues cited. In multiple instances, areas identified as “marks” or “soiling” appeared consistent with normal fabric creasing or minor wear. A second internal review upheld all original gradings.
I was then offered the return of my own items, subject to postage and handling fees, despite the disputed assessment and acknowledged misclassification.
Taken together, this reflects a process that is difficult to verify, internally reinforced, and lacking in transparency.
For comparison, I have since sold similar items directly on Vinted, promptly, at fair value, and without complication.
Given the alternatives available, I do not recommend using this service.

Excellent all round
My friend just gave birth to baby number 5, but her first boy. It was my first thought to go to Little Loop to buy a gift. For £30 I chose over £100 worth of goods. Arrived today. All in excellent condition. I live in the Isle of Man and our post is less than reliable. I was thrilled however . Ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday. Couldn't ask for better.

Love this concept
Love this concept! My children…adults now…were clothed from a shop with the same ideology and I often sold the clothes back to them. Such a practical solution to growing children and it also paved the way to more ideological thinking for them as they grew.
So glad to see an online version. Good clothes too.
Quick delivery. Excellent service. Shame the checkout will only work on my phone. But, that hasn’t stopped me.

Beware when sending clear-out bags
Sent a full clearout bag as the processes sounded better than listing items on Vinted. No issues with the time it took to process the bag as one was informed about approximate timeframe. However, not happy with the outcome. All items in good to very good condition had been from „approved“ retailers, 6 of them had been listed as donated instead of getting processed, included a high priced MarMar jacket. Even some of the processed items had a wrong brand attached.
Won’t be using this service again.

Great concept
Great concept. Items arrived quickly and were as described. Good way to save on postage costs vs buying on Vinted and it was nice to only have quality brands in stock so don’t have to filter through lots of cheap rubbish. Would definitely use again and will sell as well when he has outgrown stuff.

Can safely say that The Little Loop is my go to now not just for my daughter but for gifts for friends too. The conditions attached to the vouchers are really strict. You only have a short time to spend them, can only exchange multiples of £10 and can only use on full priced items.

Just to clarify, these rules apply only to JoJo Maman Bébé vouchers and are set by JoJo themselves, not by thelittleloop – we would also prefer it if there were fewer restrictions on the vouchers, but we have to work within the constraints set by our partners.
It is also possible to convert your credit into vouchers for a wide range of other brands, which come with fewer conditions attached and can be converted into any amount. Plus, we have a wonderful selection of JoJo preloved items available on our website, so your credit can go even further in finding something you love.
We always want to give our customers the very best service and as many options as possible for using any credit awarded. As a small business, we take feedback seriously and do our best to keep the process flexible.
