This is my second time ordering from The Little Loop and it was another great experience - all items exactly as expected and super fast delivery. One of the best ways to shop pre-loved baby clothes!

The conditions attached to the vouchers are really strict. You only have a short time to spend them, can only exchange multiples of £10 and can only use on full priced items.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the vouchers—we’re really sorry the conditions feel restrictive. Just to clarify, these rules apply only to JoJo Maman Bébé vouchers and are set by JoJo themselves, not by thelittleloop – we would also prefer it if there were fewer restrictions on the vouchers, but we have to work within the constraints set by our partners.
It is also possible to convert your credit into vouchers for a wide range of other brands, which come with fewer conditions attached and can be converted into any amount. Plus, we have a wonderful selection of JoJo preloved items available on our website, so your credit can go even further in finding something you love.
We always want to give our customers the very best service and as many options as possible for using any credit awarded. As a small business, we take feedback seriously and do our best to keep the process flexible. At times, though, we are limited by the conditions set by our partners, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we continue working to make things better.

OK not great
I like the idea and it does provide a great service, however I won't be using again.
I know they are busy but it took way to long to process the items I had send.
1 item from jojo wasn't listed so I was lead to believe it would be identified once sorted but I believe I didn't even receive any money for that item, snd another item from jojo was only worn once for a themed party and the price originally quoted was lowered as they felt the items condition was only "good" the dress was in mint condition so I was very disappointed and confused.
So all in all not the best experience

We’re sorry the process felt slow and unclear. We aim to make things smooth and transparent, and it seems that we didn’t quite get it right for you. The condition change on the party dress understandably is frustrating; there are specific reasons why we will adjust the condition of an item, if it needs to be washed, or has a mark / is missing a label etc.
We’re very proud of the service we offer and are aware that our processing time has extended, because of the overwhelming support we have had for trade in & clear out; we are working very hard to reduce this time. We are also working to update our communications so you get a little more detail for each item that we process.
While we’re proud of the service we offer, we know it only works when every step feels fair and respectful. Your feedback is a powerful reminder to keep improving — especially around processing times and clearer communication about item assessments.

Love what they do …
So easy to use the clear out service and a great selection of products. However, processing time is slow (over 8 weeks) and unfortunately a few items I have purchased were damaged beyond what I would have expected for the classification. I live what they do tho!

Loved the idea behind this ever since we saw it on Dragon’s Den. Makes so much sense, and love contributing to anything that is helping to be more circular when it comes to how we consume clothes for children.
Was hiring clothes from TLL for the first few years and now we’ve moved to the buy (new or secondhand)-and-return stage and it works perfectly for us. The clothes are really good quality, and for those that are somewhat used - you’re buying them knowing that this is the condition they’re in and therefore it’s perfect for messy play or “nursery-go get it dirty and covered in paint and spillages” clothes.
And the ability to send the clothes back to them which enables the to close the loop is genius. All in all, great and would def recommend to anyone that it trying to be more sustainability concious.
