Been using Bundlee clothes for 2.5 months. We first ordered the smallest size 0-3 month clothes, however, my son's weight dropped to the 5th percentile and he was too small to use them until he was 1 month old. I expressed this to the customer support team and they kindly paused our direct debit for 1 month.

My son is now approaching 3.5 months and still fits into the 0-3month clothing with a lot of wiggle room. As he has now grown out of his 0-3 month John Lewis / H&M clothes, the Bundlee clothes are much larger, particularly in terms of broadness. There are positives to this, however, as we received the 0-3 month clothes in winter it is now about to become summer and the clothes are not longer suitable for the season.

Overall I've had a good experience thus far and like that concept of renting baby clothes. The clothes arrived clean together with clear instructions on how to return them.

The reusable clothes are a great idea. We love them, but some of the materials are much thinner and cheaper feeling than expected. But overall, it's great, and we will continue to use them.

Bundlee is amazing!
I've been using Bundlee for a year now and am thrilled that their size range grew with my little one. The clothes and hats/shoes that I have from them form the backbone of my son's wardrobe and mean that I don't need to continuously buy new things and store what he's outgrown. Highly recommend to anyone!

Bundlee is a great way to do a little bit for the environment. The main reason we use Bundlee is to avoid an accumulation of out-grown clothes and having to store it somewhere until we get time to clear it out. Whilst it may not be the most cost effective, the sustainability of the business model outweighs that. Bundlee offer a good selection of clothing, although sometimes I feel 15 pieces in each bundle isn’t enough. However, this really helps to keep things minimal and to ensure each item is used. Customer service is also faultless. Whenever I’ve had a question, or problem with my account, they are always helpful and quick to respond.

Love the brands available, the money saving and sustainability benefits! Plus the ordering and return process is seamless (I had the postman collect the return from my doorstep so I didn’t even have to queue at the post office). My only wish is that you could return and swap clothes as often as you’d like to mix it up a bit, rather than only being able to swap for the next size up.

Bundlee have failed to deliver our order on time and left us with no clothes for our newborn.

Emailed to inform them but no reply for several days. No obvious number to call either.
They have left us in a very difficult and stressful position, avoid at all costs would be my advice.

We've now had a reply which took zero responsibility for the let down and tried to pass blame to Royal Mail.
Not acceptable - we reached agreement with you and trusted you to manage the logistics. Take ownership of your choices!

I will consider updating this review when I see a proper root cause analysis and corrective action. Otherwise I feel others will suffer the same stress that we did.

BTW - it might be worth having a way to contact customer service on a bank holiday. Babies are born during holidays too and you're offering a service critical to their health and wellbeing.
The midwives and doctors didn't disappear for the weekend.

What an amazing company with amazing people! Clothes are top quality and delivery is quick!! And when my child was between sizes- instead of returning everything; Burcu was very helpful to send out some bigger sizes!

Massive difference in cost and deffinelty easier to have the kit ready for my son. Everything is there and loves the Teddy which was in the package 😊

This was my first order and I wasn’t expecting to be that good but I am really happy.

I received my bundle. And immediately I was disappointed. The clothes are very bland and it's hard to make an outfit out of them. The dungarees I received were far too big compared to the other clothes. So you can't even get use out of the clothes. At the end of my first month I cancelled and messaged bundlee to ask what I needed to do next. I didn't receive a reply until it was too late. I was billed. Then I contacted them again. They told me if I sent proof of me having returned the bundle by 3pm they would cancel my plan, i assumed this meant id get refunded too. Luckily I decided to ask if I'd get refunded since technically it had been exactly a month since I received the clothes. They said no. So not only had I paid for that 2nd month but they wanted me to send back the clothes that I had paid for. They don't care about their customers at all. I do not recommend this company. Poor experience all around.

Love this service. The clothes are all really good quality and it is so much better than buying new items everything my little one grows out of them. She has gone through 4 sizes during our first 2 months already!

It's a great initiave. Quality is great and styles are lovely.

The clothes were carefully packed, and were true to size and the pictures.
We loved putting our little one in the cutest outfits while taking care not to be so wasteful.

I've been using Bundlee for about a year now and absolutely love the company, their ethos and their customer service 🥳

I started using Bundlee as I was seeking a more sustainable approach to my little one's rapidly changing sizes. I'm quite pleased with their standard capsule and it gives me enough options to mix and match, as well as mix and match with any additional items I buy.

I have to mention something that really mattered to me: My family and I went on vacation during UK winter time to a Caribbean country and I was able to rent a summer capsule. This helped massively as otherwise my little one would have certainly outgrown any summer clothing I bought 6 months in advance.

Bundle really engages with their customers through social media and makes you feel a part of their family. Their customer service is outstanding and they quickly respond to any emails I send them.

I love them so much I wish I could rent for myself from them! 😂

I definitely recommend Bundlee.

Amazing! One of the best ideas ever. Wish I had come across it sooner and my daughter is in 18-24 months now so we won’t get to use it for long but honestly so impressed! Thankyou bundlee

Signed up on the trial as I loved the idea, and didn’t want to buy lots of baby clothes that my son would grow out of quickly in his first year. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the clothes. All came very clean and delivery was quick. If you’re in two minds about trying, think of Bundlee as getting great quality hand-me-downs from your pal. We got some super cute sleep suits that would have cost a lot of money if I bought them all, and a fun leopard print set! Looking forward to our next order.

Fast shipment. Excellent communication. I asked to swap two bodysuits that were a bit snug for my baby and received a reply and replacement very fast. The clothes have good quality. It is a sustainable option.

I love their clothes and my daughter is regularly complimented on her wardrobe.
I'll definitely return for baby number 2. It's particularly worthwhile between 3-12 months, as they grow out of their clothes almost immediately.

It's also sustainable, means you don't have to store bags of clothes and their customer service is excellent.

We love bundlee, perfect way of saving money but also keeping my son well dressed! Such a great idea, service and delivery times are excellent.
I recommend them all the time to friends and family.

Really excellent customer service.
The clothes are cute and she's already out growing them in a growth spurt so will order the next size as soon as we have moved house.
We are renting and have to move when landlords dictate so not accumulating is a priority. Just wish they went up till size 5 years!
