Not only did the product work, when I had questions I got a great and fast response from the burn box team that was completely supportive and encouraging. And the product itself made a 3-day fast that I've never done before my life seem like no big deal

I lost 8 pounds. It was nice to have a plan and set schedule to follow.

Not going to lie…it was hard, but having a daily guide to help us know what to take was incredibly helpful! Also, I loved knowing during each stage what was happening inside my body! I’ll be doing my second round soon!

Scam, signed me up for a subscription when i didn’t want one.. never received product after initial order but was billed and didn’t catch it. Scam

Asked if I could return the items that was shipped, it was unopened and still in original shipping package. They would not let me and charged me $200.

Would not recommend the product or the company.

The kit was easy to follow and very helpful.

They have really bad problems with shipping. My package never arrived. After waiting almost a month I contacted customer service. Their customer service was very good, and did get me a refund very quickly.

When I bought the 3 month kit, I saw there was an entrapment subscription. But AT THAT TIME it said I could cancel it without penalty If I waited three months. I thought that was fine because the subscription wouldn't start for 4 months. Then I found there was the surprise hidden app subscription. That wasn't ever mentioned & you don't see unless you go to the website and sign up in their very hidden specific way, so you can cancel it. Then I go back to look and double check the cancelation policy, And now PRESTO they have changed their terms & conditions... SO no matter what you do, you either have to A: accept the second shipment AND PAY FOR IT before you can cancel or B: Cancel it and pay a termination fee. If your product is so fantastic, why do you have to do everything you can to decieve the customer to just get a little bit more money out of us? Even if we don't want it? It's very underhanded and despicable. I don't want to do business with a company like this... And I haven't even used the product yet, because now it's put such a bad taste in my mouth, I'm not even interested anymore... I'll probably just throw it in the trash... because that's where business practices like this belong... The sad part is, I probably would have been a customer for life. If they would have just sent me a discount Text/Email or something to buy the next round and not used these dishonest deceitful tactics...

I was wondering about what happened to my order and I found out that somehow my address had got confused so I had to give them the right address so they could send me my product. Everything seems to be working well now.

The fiber did keep me full but was challenging to mix. I tried 3 different ways. I did love the flavor.

Had issues with shipping but when we finally got the box it was amazing. The layout of the box and the contents in it where awesome. My wife and i enjoyed the story and your journey.

I ordered a fasting kit last year in 2025. I cancelled the subscription on 12/05/2025. I was charged $159.99 in March of 2026 for another kit which I did not order. I asked Burnbox why I was charged for something I did not order? They said it was done in error. They have offered me 50% off the kit if I chose to keep it. But the kicker is they are charging me $15.00 to return it for a full refund even though they are the ones who made the mistake! This company's return practices are very suspect. They say this is company policy. I don't think it is right to charge you to return something you did not order! As of this review the problem has not been rectified. Buyer beware!

This program made it so much easier to make it through each day.
I actually made it 5 whole days and then a few weeks later I did another 3 days!!
Extremely simple and very informational to help you understand not only "how to" but also what the health benefits you get from doing it.
It is perfectly setup up to help guide anyone through each step of everyday.
I lost 9 lbs the first time and then another 5 lbs the second time.

I can't recommend this product enough. I've done 72 hour fast before. But with this product is was so much easier. I did my first 72 with burnbox I intend to try once a month. Next month im excited to try 4 days. The supplements included especially the fiber drink make this process 💯 easier. Love love i took the chance and bought this!

I was very skeptical when first reading about Burnbox but I really wanted to try it as I was in a cycle of poor eating, sleeping and exercise. Burn Box made the fasting manageable by giving you what you need to get through each day. Their pamphlet too was very helpful and motivating. I have rolled my three days into a consistent intermittent fasting cycle and most importantly feel great. I’m looking forward to running through my next Burnbox in a couple of weeks.

I received my order with hopes that it would work. After a day it upset my digestive system so much I was not able to continue. I requested that I not receive any other shipments and I figured I would have to just keep this order since I used some of it. I did not hear anything until I received another shipment of the boxes yesterday. Needless to say I was not happy that I was charged and received another shipment when I requested to not receive any again. I have written for a location to return this lates shipment and a complete refund. I do not have a problem return the product, I do NOT want a charge for something that I cannot use and did not want to receive. I have asked for a return address and have not been contacted yet. Not a happy camper.

Had a great result. Follow the booklet, stay on track and feel the Mental Clarity & Energy Level spike come Alive!

Reason only 4 of 5 too soon to tell, my next 3 day hope have another star

I finally tried the 3 day fast and it was easier than I expected, due in large part to BURNBOX I imagine! I will continue to explore the world of fasting with BURNBOX as my guide! THANKS!!

As far as success it was easy to do. I will start my second one tomorrow. You all made it easy.

Update: February 19th.
I finally received my Burn box. I had originally ordered it Jan 23rd. Other than the frustration of not receiving my box the first time, they did send a replacement and it did show up when it was supposed to. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful. I'm changing my stars from 1 to 3. Could be a 4 but i haven't actually tried the product.

Terrible company. Never received a burnbox. Reached out to them. They said they would send a replacement. Never received it, and this time the got real lazy and didn't even try to send the fake email to track the package. The only thing today gets burned is your bankaccount.
