What a scam
What a scam. The drinks are disgusting. The charges just keep showing up and they refuse to refund or allow you to send back the nasty products. All sales are final! and they will keep charging you!! BEWARE!! Awful customer service. What a joke.

I never thought I I could complete a fast but with the help of the Burn Box, I did complete it and the kit helped me navigate it. It comes with a book that explains it and you supplies to use. I couldn't have done it without the kit.

Burnbox was very good for me. I appreciate allrhe information my the pamphlet that it comes with. Very easy to follow. I felt full most of the time. Lost 7 pounds on this first go around. Bu now that i am off, i also feel great.

I wish I could write a positive review…
I wish I could write a positive review but its hard to write one when the company charged me but the items were never delivered. The delivery carrier used was a company which has a 1 star rating after thousands of negative reviews and only complaints on their BBB page. Burnbox wants me to keep waiting to receive the package despite the delivery company no longer having a functioning phone, email or chat service. The app subscription starts right away despite product not being delivered and support refuses to contact the carrier nor re-ship the items. If not resolution from Burnbox in the next 24 hours will be forced to dispute all charges with my CC company. Despicable service overall. Even if I do receive the product and it works would never consider renewing subscription with a company like this.

The booklet was helpful
The booklet was helpful. It gave a bit of the science and biology behind why and how fasting works, without getting too deep in the weeds. It was also helpful to have the "what to expect" discussion in the book - almost like a coach in your corner.

It was not easy but with the information that you sent to prepare for the fast was helpful. It took a lot of willpower. When you have a house full of food. I do have to change alot of the food in the house for better food, healthier food.
I looked forward to the packets that were in the kit. The anti-hunger fiber shake was hard to mix.

Successfully easier than expected
It was easy, straight forward and successful. Down 10 lbs and 3.5 inches (waist) in 3 days. I felt great waking up on day 4. I honestly didn't want to eat and had no desire to. It has helped to change my habits, cravings, and mindset. Have already recommended to friends and family.
