I was concerned it would be difficult to fast for 72 hours. Burnbox made it easy. I was never too hungry and actually had a couple of packets left over. Looking forward to my next fast starting in 2 days!

I never really felt hungry
I never really felt hungry, which was a positive. I’m a little concerned about some of the ingredients used. Unfortunately, I didn’t weigh myself until the last ~24 hours, so not sure how much total weight I lost. I’ll track better next month. Didn’t lose any fat where I wanted it appears and since I didn’t feed my muscles any protein for 3 days, they’re recovering slowly.

This definitely helps the whole process of fasting! I've always struggled with it past one day, and I made it all three days and dropped seven pounds! I will definitely be staying on this. I take off one star simply because the drinks taste really gross, but chug them down and you'll feel better and continue the fast!

Don't trust the "discounted" rate
The fasting was not to bad and I was not hungry all day long, which was good. I just thouhgt there would be a little more included then a broth and fiber drink. Therefore, I didn't think it was worth the price. I also had gotten the 3 month supply so I canceled my subscripton because I didn't think I would do this every month. Because I canceled I was charged an extra 40 dollars even though I thought I had gotten the discount foe being a first time customer.. which was very disappointing. I won't be recommending this company for thaz reason.
