This was my first fast. I really wanted to do a fast and was super nervous and not a whole lot of confidence in myself. Reading through the steps on Burnbox really gave me the confidence and motivation to get through the fast! The guide book and supplements are tasty and super helpful!

Three day fasting
Two days in. I'm not feeling as hungry as day one. Down about three lbs. Feeling strong and face blemishes are clearing up. The Bone Broth was a life safer! I had mine with some herbal tea.

It was easy to follow and start
It was easy to follow and start. Its just by the last of the second day I was feeling really weak and hungry at the end of the 2nd day so I had a spoon full of peanut butter which helped. The 3rd day was very trying but in the evening I had 2 spoons full of peanut butter. Just unsure on how to really start eating afterwards. Plus didn't know if I could take my vitamins during since I take them in gummy form.

At first there was a struggle to get my…
At first there was a struggle to get my kit to me in a timely manner . One package was sent with an incomplete address and I had to wait for another to be shipped. Once I received the first kid I realized that most of it was just an inflated price for cheap products I could have bought at a grocery store. they purposefully complicate the subscription options so that when they get you with the extra charge they can tell you it’s too late and can’t refund your money. The product did work but as mentioned before could have bought the same fiber drink, electrolytes and broth at the grocery store for fraction of the price and avoided the wait of shipping and the struggle of the complicated subscription. I absolutely would not recommend this to anyone, there are many other ways to achieve your weight loss goals. Don’t get caught up in this swindle, it’s just going to bring you more hassle later. I promise.
