I bought this item as a gift to my brother-in-law so he can experience a steam room in the comfort of his home. It is easy to set up, light weight, with the perfect amount of steam. I like that they provided storage bags for travel.

One I love my sauna the best purchase I have ever made. This company is very customer and client friendly. Their staff is a joy to answer any questions or take care of any concerns. I haven’t had any issues or problems. I love the products the portable Sauna fix’s perfect in my basement and is such a joy.

Having a Burneek Sauna and cold plunge has been great to be able to experience a simple at home sauna and cold plunge. Overall, it’s not as high quality as the prices would suggest but they do run a lot of sales so you can get a decent price on it all. They could definitely improve their ordering and customer service.

I recently ordered and received a 2 person sauna. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. We have been using it now for over a month and love it. The infrared and red light therapy make for a good combo. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to add a sauna to their home gym.

I enjoy the sauna but a coupling broke so i contacted them about spare couplings. The said they would send them. Its been over a month. They keep saying theyll look into why they havent shipped and they created a fake usps tracking but never delivered the parts. The unit it nice but after the purchase they basically wash their hands of you. Beware if you buy.

I have the Halo red light Gen 2, portable sauna/steam room and have loved it! It only takes about 15-20 mins to heat up and provides a steady heat/moisture once you're zipped inside. The zipper is very secure so the steam stays inside. I would highly recommend for someone who wants an easy to set up steam room that fits nicely in a corner of your room. It does take quite a bit of time from order to receive, but the company is very responsive.

The product I purchased is great. A piece was broken and they sent right away. The only thing that I had an issue with was the free cold plunge. It took foreverrrrr but I finally got it. Overall everything is cool.

I would stay very far away from Burneek. Look up their reviews. This was one of the most dishonest companies I have ever ordered from. It took months to get a refund on a delivery that was never made. Then they sent the credit card company a fake photo showing it was delivered when it wasnt even close to what our house looks like. Thankfully the credit card saw through their lies and refunded our money. Do your own research. 58% one star reviews on TrustPilot.

We are very happy with our sauna! We use it a lot in the winter time especially, but find it soothing to use anytime we need to just unwind and detox.
