Very good unit, fast customer service response. Ive been using the sauna once to three times a week and have zero complaints. I enjoy it.

First, customer service was very responsive from pre-order questions past delivery. I was not familiar with LTL freight shipping so that was somewhat confusing with conflicting status changes from the carrier. Thought it shipped, then a few days later status would change to something that sounded like it didnt. Just a much different process than typical fedex or ups. It arrived a bit later than expected but again, not familiar with LTL shipping, not a hit on Burneek. Although a curbside delivery they guys did bring it inside. I tipped them for it but they never asked. Unboxing was a bit of a chore, but to be expected. Did a box at time and cleaned up and broke down boxes before going on to the next otherwise you're left with a pile of stuff to take care of. I have the two person unit. Everything but the front panel/glass door is easily moveable. That said, Im 6'2, 220 lbs. Wife helped stabilize a couple of walls but I assembled everything by myself besides that, even the front panel/glass. Front panel took some ingenuity. Basically grabbed a wide pry bar to lift one side by stepping down on and lifting the panel while I maneuvered it into place. A bit of trial and error. With two adult males would be so much easier but I wanted it done day 1! Looks beautiful, works fantastic. Heats up quick due to the three quartz heaters. Even heat throughout. Bluetooth speakers sound great and paired easily. Play rain and thunderstorm sounds during my sessions and is super relaxing. Never used a sauna before, was not sure if I could take the heat. First session was over half an hour at 140 degrees. Felt amazing, sweated like crazy. Never felt confined or cramped. I opted for the 2 person so I can stretch out a bit. 6 more inches of depth for your feet. The stones on the footpanel get very warm and feel great on the soles of your feet. Suggest putting a thin towel over them to keep sweat from dripping through and onto the infrared heater. Probably wont damage it but eventually you'd need to unscrew it and clean it off from the build up. Red Light panels make the environment very calming and relaxing. Don't know there effectiveness but I have a RLT panel as well. Overall a great experience from previous order to use. Highly recommend the extra $600 over the one person; is 1000% worth it unless you are space confined, trust me, get the two person unless you're very petite, or even if you are! You'll thank me later.

My experience has been really good. I was able to get help with a small issue I had. We are enjoying using our sauna and chiller/tub. My husband uses the chiller/tub every morning to start his day and we both use the sauna with the red light therapy. Good buy!

The Sauna is awesome

I love my sauna but still have not received my cold plunge, almost 9 months later. Super confused. I’ve definitely had some problems but they seem to be willing to fix these problems so I’m thankful for that. 3 out of 5 stars.

Amazing sauna. It is a luxury but with an affordable price. Having a sauna in my home is something I never thought will be bossible without spending 10000 dollars. And the company is there to support with an amazing customer service. I preordered and it was delivered one month late but company comunicate with me in advance and took care of me. One lured light lamp wasn’t working and they sent a substitute right away. I owned one of their portable version with the boiling water first and now upgraded to oxineek. It’s always nice to do a sauna after workout or an Harvey day. But this one of make me fill totally relaxed and restored. The rd light therapy is an amazing technique and I can’t do without it anymore. It really help me with better sleep and muscle pain.

My only complaint is they now they come out with the barrel version and if I could get back I will get one of those but I’m totally happy with my sauna right now

I have been using my sauna for a few months. Great product. I always feel great afterwards. The water unit shorted out but my unit was still under warranty so I sent an email and customer service took care of my issue very quickly. My replacement unit took about 3 weeks but it is here and I am back using my in home sauna. Thank you Burneek!

This is such a great add on to my work out. I would highly recommend using Burneek wet sauna. I have done dry saunas but this pushes the limits.

I’ve had my sauna for a couple of months now and I’m so happy with how my overall health and well-being has improved! Joints and muscle recovery and even my stress has improved 100%! I have the Halo Standard Gen 2 and I couldn't be happier. It's awesome. I use it frequently and now my wife has used it just as many times as I have. It's part of our wellness/fitness lifestyle. Easy set up, doesn't use much electricity, gets very hot with 100% humidity so cleans out your pores, tricks your heart into thinking its working out so improves longevity in the most recent study from the Netherlands, helps with post work out recovery, and helps me sleep. I volunteered to write a review so you can tell I'm pleased.

received my home sauna and cannot be more satisfied with my purchase. I am so happy. It was simple to assemble and definitely would recommend people to purchase from this site.

I tried yo cancel this order a few days after I placed it. It was a preorder that wasnt even going to be shipped for 3 weeks. I was told they could not cancel or change the order. I didn't get supportive customer service.

Initially, I started out and for some reason the street name never got put on my order, but that was resolved by contacting FedEx then I contacted customer service or they contacted me. I’m sorry I gave them my address so we wouldn’t have an issue with the cold plunge that was supposed to come with the sauna patiently I waited no worries anxiously waiting for its arrival. It never showed up the song made it here a while ago, but the cold plunge never made it so I haven’t had to experience my sauna because I wanted to use them together, so I’m not sure how many stars to give the company has been very attentive and responding to me. That’s great and ready to resolve my problem so I guess I’ll make a one star a three star just because of customer service.

When reading reviews before purchasing our sauna, our biggest worry was reviews about shipping time. We did our digging and weighing of options and decided to move forward with the Burneek sauna. We fully expected it to be months before receiving it, and we were very pleasantly surprised when our experience was the opposite! We purchased our sauna on June 27th and it was at our door by July 21st!

I need to point out an important detail of our great experience with Burneek. 2 days after our order, their support rep Asdrimar emailed us offering to be the point of contact for any questions or concerns. I was able to ask him about shipping time (previous concern) and got a thorough update very quickly. This gave us a lot of piece of mind over the next few weeks as we waited.

When our sauna arrived, we were disappointed to see that the shipping company had mishandled it and had damaged the cosmetic framing on the outside of the sauna. We took pictures and added that information on the shipping BOL and took a picture of that as well. I sent this information to Asdrimar and within minutes he offered us compensation on the damages, which were not the fault of Burneek. We have been extremely impressed with the customer service of Burneek throughout.

Of course, need to mention the actual product! We decided to set it up ourselves... my husband and I were able to do it on our own. Thankful we are both fairly strong, especially him, but it is absolutely doable if you have 2 fit people. No need to spend the extra $800-$1000 for us, but determine that for yourself.

The sauna is SO PRETTY! The design is wonderful and it works great. I worried about it not getting hot enough due to being infrared, but it absolutely does. We are very pleased with everything about our sauna and Burneek. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home sauna that is reasonably priced!
