Ordered, gave a tracking number, goods never left the company, complained, told lost, then told sending more, given a tracking number, still now showing at company, complained....no response, so my card has been charged, no goods delivered and its now been weeks!
very bad service! having to go to my card company for protection over the payment!

Online website orders are simple and easy with good delivery, branch however in Leeds are not so good. Everything is more expensive in Leeds branch than on the website, they never call you back and you are forced to pay delivery by ordering online because the branch are so unhelpful you end up feeling awkward ringing back up so many times, shame really

Had the window delivered to a friends for fitting, was disappointed to hear she was asked to help carry it but couldn't due to a medical issue, the delivery man wasn't happy about it. Luckily a passer by helped.

Took my order and payment for it then after 3 days emailed to say it wasn’t able to be delivered as flammable. This was on the day it was supposed to be delivered. And a week later still waiting on a refund. Terrible service and communication.

Although took some time to get the goods (due to current times ) communication was good and honest , I’ve received good thanks

Very bad experience i suggest if ur in a hurry with a project never order to them.There website never tell true it saying at first 2-3 working days delivery but after purchase I recieved email saying 5-7 days and I waited to them in disappointment.They have tracking service which disgusted me more as everytime I track my order it says production
Well if i know that the product is not in stock yet I wont buy it.Today is the estimate delivery after 7days of waiting but I tracked my order again still production.So my pergola is rain and shine waiting for the roof.I am very disgusted by thier service.I will never buy to this website again.

We ordered our chimney pots online through the website. It was a fast process and very straight forward.
Unfortunately our chosen pots weren’t available and we were emailed to let us know this. However Burton roofing went out of their way to contact the manufacturer directly and not only sourced them directly for us, they also checked the distance from the manufacturer to our home postcode and let us know that they were only a few miles away. This gave us the option to collect ourselves and thus saving a larger delivery cost. Keeping us informed throughout. Very professional service. First class.

I ordered some slate trims online, over £600 worth, and followed up with a phone call to which I had an email to confirm 2-3 days.
My roofer was booked and everything was good until the trims didn’t turn up. I called several times before finally managing to speak to someone who informed me that the courier had lost my parcel and they would resend them so I demanded an overnight delivery guaranteed before 9am.
These too didnt turn up so after several phone calls again I finally spoke to someone who again informed me the courier(TNT) had lost them a second time, incredibly hard to believe.
I ended up driving for over two hours round trip to collect them from their nearest depot.
Totally disappointed and I will be seeking compensation
