Breaches Sale of Goods Act and public decency
I keyed in desired flight details into website, which then processed data resulting in inexpensive flights, from which you were required to call a booking agent. They had no matching flights to within £2k of what the algorithm produced. I complained, obviously, agent said to give him 48 hours. The deadline passed without response. I said if you were offering the prices FROM £XXX, then I would pay £XXX if they told me the dates. They opted to try and persuade me to spend £XXX plus £2K. I declined.

Robbie at Businessclass was great. I usually write a complaint review of businesses with Trustpilot, but this time I want to compliment, and praise Robbie for his patience for completing the booking with ANA Airways, a Japanese carrier for my elderly mom who is flying from the Philippines to Las Vegas by herself. From what I have read about ANA air, it earned a rating of 5 stars for cleanliness and customer service. I was going to book a business class for my mom, but Robbie gave me several flight options to choose from. This time I chose ANA'S air premium select a savings of almost $1200.00 over business class. Thank you Robbie 👍 the website Businessclass is legit. What I like about it is you can still talk to a person, I was trying to book first with Expedia since I am a gold member with them, but when I call, no one answers, I think the customer service responders has been eliminated.
