My agent was great and I feel I got a good price. My first complaint is that the $100 fee for the service not stated at all- it just shows up in final bill. Second is the “tipping” option. No one TIPS a travel agent, yet how can you not tip when you’ve gotten good service and you know the agents earnings depend on tips?

Getting emails and texts fro "Emma" was both confusing and then irritating. "She" apparently is an AL generated flight agent. My travel agent was very non-specific with the suggestions for flights. I want specific times and costs before making a decision. Since this was the first time I used this service I had a lot of questions that at first were not answered. I felt pressured to make a decision. Then once I agreed to an itinerary, suddenly all these extras were requested of me, potentially increasing the cost by $500. My final assessment will be made after the trip in October. BUt I continue to get almost threatening emails and texts from Emma saying she has tried many times to contact me. There are NO calls on my phone.

Adolfo was excellent. He was knowledgeable about our options and prices for the best fares. As first-time business class travelers, he even provided pictures of the seats. We were impressed by how helpful he was in taking us through the process and making sure we understood the documents and procedures.

Mitchell was responsive, knowledgeable and efficient in helping find the best fare and schedule for a multi location trip to Europe.
