Business Flight Shop Reviews

Very helpful and great service provided

The service is excellent and they managed to get the best rates for my flight and the internal flight as well.
Will be using them regularly as I need to go to Australia in the new year

We have used Edi for several long haul flights over the past few years .
He has always found us really good deals and has advised on which airlines are the best for both comfort and price .
Thank you
Edi

To date, my experience has been excellent.
I don’t travel until November, however, the booking process was great, Andy finalised it all and my etickets have been sent through.
A really lovely respectful team, looking for the best options available.

Very fast and great service

I have been booking flights with Edi for the past 3 years , he is extremely helpful , never fails to find excellent deals and is very trustworthy
I would definitely recommend Edi

This is my second booking with Mark and Rebecca. They are both very helpful indeed and very knowledgeable and always make sure that the booking process is easy, and in line with my needs and expectations. They always come up with solutions that fits your needs.
I should also add that the level of assistance I experienced, was truly one of the best. All thanks to Mark and Rebecca. They found me flights that were befitting to all my requirements and at a very competitive price, I really think they both went above and beyond.
When looking to book your next holiday, I truly recommend that before you go looking on all the regular internet sites for flights and holidays that you first contact the Business Flight Shop, as you will not be disappointed, and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Thank you so much Rebecca and I look forward to using your services again and will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

Sara has the patience of a saint and is a role model for anyone aspiring to work in customer services. She spent around 30 minutes trying to find the best deal for our return flight to Los Angeles with Virgin Atlantic. Ultimately, despite having to put up with being asked to check availability and prices for a number of date and time options, Sara succeeded in finding us the best deal. Even better, when I checked on the Virgin website it was nearly £500 cheaper than I could have got it booking direct.

Fantastic service again.
Many thanks Edi.

Good service from Sara and Mark. Thanks for your help
