The Staff went out of their way to get me back on the road.
It took well trained/knowledgeable service/repair staff to locate the problem with the lift & the electrical connections and get them back in working order. If you can't walk and use a mobility device, if you have no other means of transportation, Bussani is the place to buy your modified vehicle and/or handle the upkeep.

The office staff, mechanics & all associated with this organization demonstrate obvious knowledge of this super specialized product,as well as, consideration & kindness. My interactions were predominately with Brandon Dally. He was accommodating and receptive concerning my many questions & concerns. He is always a pleasure to deal with. I just bought my third accessible van…
I just bought my third accessible van from Bussani mobility. They have always been there to help when my vans needed service. My second van was totalled shortly after I bought it. Bussani arranged for me to have a rental van while I was waiting for my new van to be ready for delivery. They have been responsive to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an accessible van or have modifications made to their existing vehicle.

Steve was the salesman I dealt with…
Steve was the salesman I dealt with when purchasing my mobility vehicle. I don't know how he was able to put up with me after my first visit and the following visits when I brought my wife. He answered all I threw at him and many more. He allowed me to rent a similar vehicle to see if it was what we wanted and needed for my handicapped wife. When we finally purchased the vehicle he reimbursed me the rental price.
If you need a vehicle for a handicapped family member I recommend Bussani Mobility and the Bussani Mobility team.

Bussani Mobility is the best!
Bussani Mobilty is a unique auto resource for people with substantial mobility issues. They specialize in hand controls, sliding seats, and especially ramp vans for handicapped drivers or passengers. We bought a used Chrysler van with a side ramp that was exactly what we needed.
More impressive than their hardware are the people who work there. They are all dedicated to the task of helping people in need; this is not just an auto dealership! From the admin assistant to the salesman to the mechanics and “young Mr Bussani”, they are all polite, knowledgeable and helpful, dedicated to their mission of helping people with mobility issues. Their pricing is fair, they go out of their way to help you through every step of purchase, rental or service. We highly recommend Bussani Mobility. Buying a vehicle from them is unlike any dealing with an auto business you ever had!
