It was a mis fortune that I bought a used Chrysler from them that had a really bad air suspension problem but they hung in there with me to fix it everytime it fail without charge to me. Finally the problem is resolved and the car is perfect. They stand behind their brand.

Darlene is the best!!
Darlene has always helped me with van rentals. Her service and dedication has made a very challenging family issue so much easier. The vans are spectacular and My Mom feels wonderful being able to get out to enjoy the “outside world”! She REcently was able to be part of my daughter’s (her granddaughter) wedding weekend, which meant the world to her. We would not be able to provide the number of visits my family member needs without Darlene and the Bussani team.

Keeping me happy for 21 years
Keeping me happy for 21 years! I purchased my first handicap accessible minivan in 1997, replaced that in 2003, replaced that in 2009, and my current Minivan was purchased in 2013. They are terrific to deal with, starting with the purchase process and continuing through ongoing maintenance. Highly recommended!

Bussani is very good. T=Our Honda 2017 is already our third wheelchair accessible van.
My recommendation is that sometimes I need to go three or four times for the same problem. Perhaps you could improve customer communication with the technician so that he can get a clearer message of the problem that needs to be fixed.
