Our experience was a very positive one. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional, at the same time friendly and made us feel comfortable putting our trust in their expertise in helping us secure the right vehicle for our needs. They were easily accessible by phone whenever I needed to speak to them, returning calls very promptly if I needed to leave a message. I am very pleased with our entire experience.

It is expensive, but so far very happy with the service!

We needed to replace a battery in an Amigo Mobility scooter, but could not access the battery because the bar installed on the scooter to allow it to be lifted into our SUV with our Bruno Curbsider was blocking access. We spoke with Brandon who was very accommodating and arranged for it to be installed without an appointment while we waited. The charge was minimal and we were on our way. Kudos to Bussani!

Immediately after posting this review I received a phone call from Dan Walsh and then one from Dan Bussani both apologizing profusely for the issues I outlined in my original review. Both could not have been more apologetic and assuring that the matters will be addressed and that any future issues should be brought to their immediate attention. These phone calls represent the great Customer Service that Bussani Mobility was always known for! I felt it was only fair to update this review to show a positive outcome and how quickly they acted to rectify the complaint. Based on their actions and promises from two people I always trusted they have now kept me as a customer.

I have used your Bethpage site for over 20 years for purchase of two new accessible vans as well as service and maintenance on those vans. However I have experienced a major decline in the level of your mechanics since Danny the previous service manager transferred to another of your locations. Several times within the past year I have had to have the same service on my van repeated because of shoddy work. Never have I ever experienced such a decline in service on an auto repair. We have seriously considered finding another dealer to service our vehicle in the future as I can not continue to lose the use of the vehicle tie and time again. It really is a shame as I have always praised the services of Bussani Bethpage and have directed several people to you however your mechanics have now lost my trust.

I’m impressed with CEO Dan Brusani and Steve Boccia . Being new with my handicapped disability due to ALS they listened advised and came up with the proper vehicle for my needs. The process was smooth giving me choices with my

family needs considered. I will not hesitate to recommend Brusani Mobilty to anyone in need of caring professional services . I’m on the road and living life in a pleasurable way. No stopping me now.
