Excellent Service for Glassworking Concentrators Order
I ordered four oxygen concentrators for our son's glassworking torch. All were refurbished, arrived very fast looking and working like new. We are very happy and had a great experience with OxygenPlus Concentrators, highly recommend this company! The prices were very reasonable too and they had the 10LPM models we needed for high volume and pressure.

The machine is working fine, but was damaged. The handle is broken and doesnt appear to be able to be repaired. It had to leave your plant that way as the box did not show any shipping damage. Im assuming thats why it was on your discount list. The damage should have been mentioned before it was put up for sale. Otherwise, its working well and shipping was pretty quick and price was excellent.

A Pulse Concentrator was ordered and a constant flow was shipped. I have had two Inogen One 3and was very satisfied. They were both Pulse. Would like to have the correct order shipped and would be satisfied to have return shipping prepaid.

Sale of my personal unit back to OxygenPlus
Received my refurbished concentrator in a timely and satisfactory manner. However, my experience in selling my used concentrator to this company has not been good. Per their website, followed directions to ship the unit with a promise to pay me $120 for the unit within 5-10 business days. It has been over two weeks now....no reimbursement and no response to my emails regarding the status of this transaction. Update...it took nearly 3 weeks for my used concentrator to reach Oxygen Plus (no fault of the store but no kudos for the delivery company. I received the check as promised within the timeline noted by Oxygen Plus. So am satisfied with the transaction.

They sent the wrong filter replacements and havent responded when I reached out. They dont do refunds but this was an error on their part.
