You as a company was great
You as a company was great, the machine is doing great, but you need to use another delivery company because Fed Ex is not very good. My package went from you in Virginia to Columbus Ohio where I am then went to California then back to me in Columbus about 14days. But I was glad to get the package.

Used concentrator works but......
Purchased a used concentrator for almost $1,000. Unit works but is heavily used; case was dirty and scratched and one filter bracket is broken. If I had known how many hours were on the machines odometer I would have passed on the purchase.

Excellent product and fast shipping!
I couldn’t be happier with my portable concentrator! It is much quieter and puts out less heat that the one the insurance provided! I added the extra battery for only an extra $100 and I’ve used it multiple times and the comfort of a backup is terrific. Very pleased with the quality and shipping was very fast!
