Fast delivery and unit was in great shape. Excellent customer service.

My orders ship within 24 hours. The equipment is well packaged. I have now purchased 2 items and in both cases the refurbishment of both items was above my expectations. Both units were gone through completely and as far as I can tell, all sub systems were rebuilt as well.

Parts were good and shipped in a timely fashion. But twice I have asked for directions on how to install them, and no response on how to do so.

The first oxygen filler didn’t work. But they promptly sent me a replacement and label to return the other one.

You were very speedy at getting the concentrator to me. I sincerely thank you for that. So far the machine is working very well. The only problem I had was with FedEx. They left the package at the end of my driveway, which is a very long driveway. I had to call a neighbor to go get it for me. We have people that steal packages where I live! If I decide to buy anything else from you… I will NOT want FedEx to ship and deliver anything to me again! But please know your company did a great job so far.

The first portable oxygen concentrator was not working correctly. So you sent a replacement that was NOT USEABLE. When it was on its side it clattered like a bent fan blade hitting something. So it definitely was not refurbished or checked out before you shipped it to me. I sent it back, you must be using another company to supply units, surely you aren't aware of this. I'm hoping my unit lasts as I can't afford another one. UPDATE NO response from customer service so my kids bought new one from TEMU FOR $636.. WITH A FULL YEAR WARRANTY. HATE TO HAVE WASTED $921 ON UN USABLE JUNK. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE RELIABLE EQUIPMENT WHEN DEALING WITH YOUR BREATHING.

The oxygen representative was kind,honest, courteous and got my concentrator mailed to me speedily. He answered all my questions.

The G5 I purchased is great. The battery last much longer then my G3. The price was great and was delivered quickly. The only drawback is the weight with the 16 cell battery.

Purchased oxygen concentrator and tank fill. Both items were so old that they barely worked. The description stated the unit was reconditioned. The unit sounded like a Volkswagen. I had both units rebuilt and NEW compressor
