I was so pleased with my last service appointment. I was nervous about driving the car myself to the service center in Mamaroneck because my hand controls needed adjusting. So a technician was sent to my house to evaluate the situation and then drove the car to the Mamaroneck service center. Boy, what a relief! My controls were fixed in a day and the next day just picked up the car. Thanks so much Bussani!

This process was new to my family and there were many moving parts involved. Insurance, social workers, Sales and lending bank all had to come together to make this transaction run smoothly. Jordan from the Bussani team was great to work with, always calm, positive, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Jordan and the Bussani team to anyone.

They did some research on why the lift and ramp would not go down.They called mobility where I got the van converted.The old timers techs there said during the warm weather the pistons should have a lot of resistance and the winter more.They switched the heavier pistons to lighter ones and the ramp and tail gate opens.They gave the heavier ones back and told me to bring the van and switch them back.They were helpful and did not give up on trying to correct the problem.I appreciated it.I would recommend any one with a handicap to be fixed or service go to Bussani.

The prospect of buying our first wheelchair van was stressful and overwhelming. From the moment I met Jimmy— who showed up at my building with a demo van within a day of first speaking with him— I felt confident I was in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated. He was genuinely passionate about the company that did our conversion. He listened to what we wanted and needed. He was as engaged in finding the right van for our family as we were. When he found the van that fit our precise needs and budget, he handled every detail of paperwork, reminding me of when to file for certain needed documents. He made it abundantly clear that he would take care of the process— and make it easy for us— and he did. Once the car arrived, he was more perfectionistic than I was in making sure I knew how to navigate its features. His colleagues at Bussani were all kind and experienced as well— they all congratulated me when I arrived to pick up the car. I will miss talking to Jimmy regularly ! And I can not recommend him and Bussani enough.
