We done a test order at the butcher hook branch in black brook garden centre and I'm glad it was only a small order the staff were extremely rude some tattooed faced man with no teeth was especially rude the only one who was nice as respectful was the young lady. After collecting our order we were half way home when my wife was rung by the store explaining that they had only given us half the order, being so far away and the attitude of the staff we requested a refund for the items we were missing, the store in black brooks said they couldn't and we had to ring their store in heathfield. My wife was met with another rude member of staff. We finally got a refund but will never be going there again. To add insult to injury the meat is not the quality I'm come to expect from local butchers I shouldn't of tried a new place.
