The cheese was not delivered to me. Butlers said they had fulfilled their obligation by sending it and refused to either chase up the courier or replace the cheese. Terrible customer service.

We are so pleased you've had such a pleasant experience as it's what we strive for. We will look forward to supplying your cheesy needs soon
Bit of a waste of money, sorry but I should have contacted them to give them a chance to resolve my issue
While the cheese easter eggs looked pretty cool, and tasted nice, the date to use by was Easter Sunday !!! managed to eat a small piece on the Sunday but by the Tuesday they were mouldy and had to be thrown away, yet, we ordered to have them delivered on the latest possible date the 30th. A waste of £17 really, sorry. After reading their reply to my review, yes, in fact, I should have contacted them to give them a chance to resolve the issue but I didn't even think of doing that so i send my apologies to the farm for that. Also they sent me a discount voucher for my next order so thank you to them, I will be sure to use it as my daughter is cheese crazy lol

Hi Tina. Thanks for taking the time to feedback. It is all helpful, positive and negative, when reviewing our processes.
All of our eggs were produced in time for the use by to exceed Easter Sunday. Therefore, we are so sorry that you experienced an exception. This should definitely not have been the case, and had you contacted us at the time, we would have replaced the egg to ensure you had a few days to enjoy.
Superb product!
Superb product delivered exactly when said it would. Top stuff and will be using lots more!!!

Hi Belinda. Thank you for your 4 star review.
We aim to make our online listings as clear as possible so that our customers can review fully before buying, including the weight of the egg (120g) and lifestyle photography to further help manage expectations.
We developed our cheese eggs to create an alternative treat for people to enjoy at Easter, so we're really pleased that your grandchildren loved them.
