Having recently enquired and then viewed a property with BJB I have to say from the initial telephone enquiry, Patricia Rigby Sales Negotiator was friendly, professional and very thorough. I was kept in touch of the viewing appt by telephone and both Patricia and Sophie were just as friendly and professional on the viewing day, answering any questions I had. Thoroughly Recommend BJB

From start, very experienced fast moving. My house details and images were very professional. I sold and purchased all within 9 days . Excellent service

On the 22 December 2022 I was telehoned to be informed that the property that I Let in Shavington Cheshire had suffered from flooding due to a burst water pipe.
Claire Jinx has been most helpful in arranging help at the property, liasing with contractors,liasing with the insurance company and Cheshire East Council. Considering this was taking place over the Christmas / New Year period. I have been most grateful for this assistance especially as I live 200 miles away in Devon and cannot just "hop in the car and pop round the corner "

We viewed a property to let back in September and moved in shortly after, we were promised that a couple of the issues around the property would be resolved by the time we got the keys. On the day of moving in, the damp in the living room had not been resolved instead a piece of MDF had been glued to the wall to cover it up and none of the other issues were resolved as well as new issues including a hole in the bathroom ceiling, holes in the upstairs doors and paint all over the carpets. 5 months on and we still haven’t had any of the issues resolved despite countless attempts to reach out the BJB I have been ignored and my calls go unanswered. I have had a hole in my roof and windows that don’t shut all through winter when it has dropped as low as -9 outside we have had that chill flowing through our house but the staff at BJB do not care and do not want to help. I was pressured on my move in day to leave a positive review and I regret leaving it to this day. Despicable treatment of tenants, how can you leave another person in a property that is damp, full of holes and has windows that don’t shut ?

My experience with butters John bee has been amazing! Marcin dealt with myself he was the most helpful kind and down to earth person from start to finish! I couldn’t have asked for a better negotiator he is amazing. I really appreciate the service I received from Marcin, nothing was to much and he communicated to high standards with myself any questions i had wasn’t to much for Marcin, everything was dealt with to perfection. BJB sold our house on behalf of the landlord. They were atrocious from start to finish. Told us nothing, didn't answer emails and were unprofessional and unhelpful. The only contacts were to say when they had booked viewings for (didn't bother telling us they'd cancelled) and to stick a sold sign up outside the house, again not telling us. These caused extreme distress as we are both disabled, which they knew. Really poor.

Had a very stressful time thinking of how to sell my late mother's home.A phone call to George soon put me at ease and from then on things went wonderfully.A great team with Ruben assisting and always being there if I needed to talk about things.The sale went brilliantly with no hassels.A fantastic team who made the sale stress free.Thankyou to you all

When I had to market my mums house I knew BJB would be the agents I would use , my first contact was George, he came to the house and explained everything clearly , he was patient while I asked questions and understood i was grieving , Suzanne was also very efficient and kept me up to date with progress , viewings offers etc and answered all my questions when needed , very smooth and stress free …. We have recently bought a property near Nantwich from Butters John Bee, the whole team have been totally brilliant. So helpful and so responsive with any questions we have had, as a team they are so professional and knowledgable. They helped secure our purchase and we now have our dream retirement home, we cannot fault them and would highly recommend this team in the Nantwich office to any home buyer or seller.

Most definitely the most unprofessional and incompetent company I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with.
Whilst renting a property through Butters, I also tried unsuccessfully to arrange viewings/make offers on properties for sale with them.
The rental side is abysmal. There’s literally no communication between Butters, tenants and landlords.
No-one ever answers the phone, you’re left to arrange your own repairs/maintenance and they fail to turn up for appointments with no cancellation. There’s more but I’ll move on to the dreadful sales!
I put a best and final offer in on a house, more than 10% over the asking price, a very competitive offer. I was told there were 3 parties involved and all 3 offers would be put to the vendor by lunchtime and I would get a call later in the day. 5 days it took! I rang the office repeatedly, either to get no answer, be put through to the useless concierge service or be told the agent would return my call. His response when I eventually got hold of him? Oh sorry I thought I’d called you before the weekend!
Same agent arranged a further viewing with me, I arrived at the property to receive a call saying he’d made a mistake and he had no keys.
Next viewing, he turns up rifling through his pockets, he’d left the keys at the office.
Lastly I put a further offer in on a property, again over 10% above asking price. Unfortunately I was put through to the concierge service (waste of time) not one person followed up that offer!
Imagine if you were the vendor? Did they even receive my offer? Who knows?
Avoid like the plague!

I recently bought a share in a house in Nantwich. I was assured that there would be a shower screen on the bath and the shower head mounted above the bath. However, this is not the case so don't believe what you see in their brochure or if they show you a similar house as it will not be correct. Myself and my two neighbours were misled and mis-sold the properties, Extremely disappointed and quite angry

Absolutely shocking service at the Crewe branch. We put an offer in for a property last week and apart from one 2 lined email confirming it had been passed on, we had no updates from the estate agent Ryan. We called regularly for updates but each time no one was free to speak to us but said they’d call us back as soon as they could. This never happened. After hearing nothing over the weekend (over 5 days later) we called again on Monday afternoon to be told the house had been sold on Friday. Not one person thought to email or call us to tell us our offer had not been accepted and if we hadn’t chased again we would probably still be waiting now! We have put a formal complaint in against the agent for his and the offices’ poor customer service but I’ll be very surprised if we get a response within the timeframe. Absolute waste of time and energy, I wish we’d looked at all the reviews first before arranging the viewing with them!

I would Question anybody putting their house up for sale with these.
They have not got the House seller's best interest.
Arranged a viewing at 17.30, Me and the wife turned up 7 minutes late due to traffic. No Agent.
Texted the Agent today to tell her of my disappointment said she left at 1740 (lie)
said somebody tried to ring us (lie) Funny that as she had our phone number ??

We had a tricky time buying houses this year and it has been a very long process for us however from start to finish Suzanne at BJB in Sandbach has been wonderful. She has been easy to contact, has dealt with enquiries that we had quickly and has chased both the solicitors non stop to ensure the transaction went through as quickly as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent - thank you Suzanne. You were great, you’ve been the best estate agent we’ve come across in the many we’ve spoken to/dealt with this year.
