Really grateful to Sam in BJB Crewe office. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and have gone out of his way to help with everything and even arranged a viewing late in the day to suit my restricted availability. All my phone calls and email queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Just exchanged on 2 BTL properties in central Crewe and hope to secure more in the future. Adrian and Marcin in the branch has also been at hand to help me. Felt very welcome when I first visited the Crewe office - friendly staff - made such an impact to me esp. after being on the road for 4 hours!! Highly recommend Sam and his colleagues in BJB Crewe Sales, Letting and Mortgage Broker. Thank you Sam for everything and please keep me on your mail lists of new listings.

Avoid this dreadful agency
Having purchased a house through this estate agents…I use that term loosely, I can advise they are the most unprofessional and ineffectual employees of a company, that I have ever come across.
I’ve bought and sold a lot of houses,
yet have never felt bullied and harassed as I have felt throughout what should have been the most simple straightforward purchase of a house, even told I could be gazumped!
If you thinking of selling through them, can I suggest you don’t give any personal information to them, as confidentiality is not a strong point either
I lost count of the number of times the phrase “due diligence” was used as an excuse for their constant messages, yet on what should have been exchange day they hadn’t the correct ID in place for their client, basic ID, delaying the exchange for several days
Please don’t go through what I’ve been put through

Wanted a view a property in Cannock area. Told no, as only can view if I’ve sold my house. I am buying with my mother who is a cash buyer. But they didn’t even ask this. Just assumed that we were not in a position to buy and had two homes to sell, and therefore not viable. I had lost interest at this point as the Only thing they were interested in was then coming to value our properties. Drumming up more business. Poor service and a possible lost sale which is a shame.
